One of the #1 questions I get asked on a daily basis is what I snack on. And the more I workout regularly and the more I mix up my workout routine, the more I notice that I’m hungrier multiple times per day.     My new favorite is Banana Bread. It is made with just 3 ingredients; dates, bananas, & almonds. I love the Larabar bites too! I keep these on hand to snack on.

    My go-to has been the coconut cream pie bars with only 5 ingredients, but I’m also loving the mint chocolate bites – fair trade chocolate chips and peppermint oil, yum!

    OMG.. Chocolate coconut chew… I think I ovulate every time I eat one…dates, almonds, walnuts, unsweetened cocoa powder and unsweetened coconut… you had me at the combination of chocolate and coconut… drooling just writing this and thankful I have some on hand 🙂 But really so many are soooo good they are my favorites!! Trying to get my current Luna bar crazed friend to switch (what a bunch of crap in those!!!)

    My favourite is the Chocolate Brownie, which contains dates, chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts, cocoa powder, and sea salt. But I haven’t seen any of the new ones here.

    My favourite is definitely peanut butter chocolate chip! It has the most indulgent taste in the world yet the ingredients are so simple and it’s a choice you can feel good about. With the ingredients of dates, peanut butter, sea salt and chocolate chips, how can you say no? I have a hard time eating enough throughout the day, and especially on a tight budget! Having one of these handy once in a while helps keep me set for times where I need a pick me up! I would love to try the superfood flavours though!
