One of the #1 questions I get asked on a daily basis is what I snack on.     I love the Chocolate Brownie bar. With ingredients – dates, chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts, cocoa powder and sea salt – can never go wrong!

    MY FAVORITE LARABAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE BLUEBERRY WITH DATES, CASHEWS, UNSWEETENED BLUEBERRIES, BLUEBERRY JUICE CONCENTRATE, LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, AND VANILLA EXTRACT! IT IS SO DELICIOUS!! BUT AFTER LEARNING ABOUT THE FRUIT AND VEGGIE BARS, NOW I REALLY WANT TO TRY THE PINAPPLE KALE CASHEW BAR WITH DRIED PINEAPPLE, KALE, CASHEWS, APRICOT, UNSWEETENED APPLES! IT HAS A LOT LESS SUGAR!

    My favorite Larabar is Cashew Cookie, and the ingredients are just cashews and dates. So simple, yet so flavorful and nourishing.

    The new nut and seed bars are ridiculously awesome and I can decide if I like the cranberry or the dark chocolate one better. I love that they are still real ingredients but even less sugar than the regular Larabars. I also love the seasonal Larabars like Gingerbread and the oldie but a goodie, Apple Pie!

    My new favorite is the new bars Strawberry Spinach Cashew because I like the mixture of the protein, greens and the sweet of the fruits! 🙂

    I LOVE the cherry pie flavor–my favorite for years! Only dates, almonds and cherries; delicious; and cherries are great for fighting inflammation. I’m also excited about the new bars with superfoods–hope more stores start carrying them soon!
