Lately, I’ve been trying out new fitness apparel and stepping away from one of my favorite old brands. Because honestly, the pants are way too expensive, they’re often see through and they are constantly pilling up and falling apart. I’m over it. I’m ready to find workout clothes that will last, keep everything where it’s suppose to be when I’m jumping all over the place in the gym and that make me feel my best. And I’ve finally found that exact thing!

I recently wandered into Victoria Secret to find some new underwear. Have you guys tried their no-show sport panties? They are seriously my favorite underwear of all time. I want to buy a million. Anywho, after grabbing some underwear, I started to notice their Sport section and their leggings because they had about a million different patterns to choose from. And when I felt them, I was even more pumped. So many different leggings out there tend to not be very thick and Victoria Secret Sport leggings are the perfect thickness.

I also noticed the bras right away. They have a bazillion bras for any chest size. I don’t truly know how big mine are, maybe a C or D, but I do know that I’m not a huge fan of the uni-boob that I take on every time I work out. So I tried on one of their underwire sports bras and instantly felt more comfortable. With their underwire and cups underneath the sports bra, your boobs stay separated and upright. So if you are constantly looking for a bra that will keep you from flying around, Victoria Secret Sport bras are the ones for you!

How fun is this pattern of leggings? And these long leggings are not only high waisted and super stretchy, but they also come in over 30 different patters. THIRTY! Does it look like I don’t have legs here? These stairs too fun to not take pics in front of. Even if they did make me lose my legs.

This tank is now one of my favorite tank tops to workout in or spend the day in. It’s stretchy, doesn’t cling and it comes in 5 different colors including pink and teal!

During the winter, I’m always looking for ways to layer up since our gym doesn’t have heat. Most workouts are spent in long sleeves at this point. This top below is perfect for throwing on after a workout to keep warm or if you’re looking for something to stay warm in during a tough workout, this half zip jacket would be cozy and comfy!

I snagged these pants a couple weeks but looks like they are already sold out, but I linked a similar pair in just a little lighter pink. These leggings are thick and warm, and they don’t budge around your waist. No more pulling leggings up or constantly tugging at them. They stay right where you put them. You’re seriously going to love these!

I figured! I was just hoping it wasn’t splits 59. I found them through you and love their capris.

Totally obsessed with your fashion posts. I feel like typically when bloggers link to stuff, I’m always like yeah whatever. But your posts always intrigue me and I often purchase some of the pieces. I bought a shirt you linked to from Nordstrom last week (it was only $10, why not?!) and this week I just had to have those VS leggings. I love my VS sports bras and I was just wearing a random pair of workout pants last night that were falling down my whole WOD. Thanks for the recommendations 🙂 Keep ’em coming!

I’ve always wondered about VS workout stuff- SO glad you did a post about them! I was concerned having underwire in the sports bras would be too uncomfortable, but looks like I’ll have to try them out. Also, I love that you’ve been sharing what sizes you bought- it definitely helps! Thanks for the recommendations 🙂

Your abs, seriously. Mostly diet right? Can’t crunch my way there. What about planks? Sigh. 😉

Love your posts! Never would have thought VS would be the place to get workout clothes, will have to check it out.

I love your Fashion Friday posts the most…have you ever tried MPG? They are Canadian sportswear brand and their leggings are seriously AWESOME! Great fabric that breathes, stays up and doesn’t show anything. Best of all, I can usually get them at TJMaxx for less than $25. Score.

I LOVE their sports bras… I was looking for a high support one (used to be able to wear the cheapie low impact ones from target, but then discovered that breastfeeding boobs are a whole other animal…) and I LOVE the one I got from them. I don’t move AT ALL. and it’s affordable! not the $80+ I’d pay for others. I will have to try their leggings/crops, because I, too, have issues shelling out the cash for LL.

I loveeeeee that bra! I have it in a different color. Wanted that one but it’s sold out! I have 3 pairs of their workout leggings and I love them!! They are still pricey but you can get good deals every so often. I snagged a pair of the pants and a sports bra for 65$ last week!

I am so guilty of purchasing something every single Friday that you post and this week is no exception. Victoria’s Secret workout clothing is such high quality. I have a few sports bras and leggings that have seriously lasted for years!

Actually, it’s been frustrating for me that VS doesn’t *actually* have sports bras for any chest size. Their bras are so cute, but I need a 30 band, which they make in some of their other bras, but not sports bras. 🙁 So VS, if you’re listening, don’t forget about us littles!!!

Also: agree with you that I’m over lulu (reading between the lines here). I just got gifted a gift card and have no idea when I’ll spend it! Things are getting progressively worse over there, not better. Usually love their rulu tops and textured bottoms, but they’re all thin and awful this year. Mostly spending my money at Bandier and Carbon38–I’ve found a few brands that work really well for me there.

um where can i get your abs? 🙂 seriously I might try cross fit if I could understand the lingo for the workouts.
Thank you for your motivating posts and for the weekly workouts! I love the workouts you can do from home/ hotel and I modified one today for my work gym. It made me realize that HITT and working harder for a shorter amount of time is more significant than a slow moderate workout.
    Rock on!
