Today on the podcast I’m checking my judgy self, reminding everyone to not judge a book by its cover, and helping you remember that the media is trash and to drop it, especially during the election. Life is too short to be swayed by other people’s opinions and agendas.

    Hi Juli,
Fantastic podcast. Thank you. A wise woman once told me, “it’s hard to dislike someone when you know their story.” I especially like how you said it, “check yourself!”
Wikinews is supposed to be just the facts.

Juli, I just wanted you to know that I am loving all of the bean recipes. All of the people who remind you every single post that beans aren’t paleo need to get over it. Keep posting those bean recipes!

    Hi Juli,
No recommendations about mushrooms or how to watch the news without feeling shitty but the car….well…a Honda Civic. I know you had one in the past and miss it. I have the Honda Civic Hatchback (i only got that because I only drive manual and thats the only car thats not a Jeep or a super expensive car) and I get compliments on the car. I live in Jersey and we get snow, not as much as Denver but still snow, and the car handles great in the snow. So maybe not the Hatchback, but the Civic is always a good option.
    Thanks for another great episode!

      Hi Juli,
Loved this episode and thanks for sharing. Very refreshing to hear your take on the media and the topic on how we judge others and the self awareness it takes to question if the assessments are even right. Lol @ “You don’t know shit about fuck”. Ain’t that the truth.

Oh ! Reason for my comment…on the topic of checking our judgy selves, have you checked out the new Paris Hilton documentary on YouTube? So worth a watch and it would apply to what you were talking about.

      Take care !

The podcast No Agenda purports itself to be media analysis without political bias. It’s pretty good and one of the hosts is Adam Curry who became famous as an early MTV veejay.

I think you should totally get a Tesla. That is on my list for the next car I buy. They just look so awesome and have so many great features!
