Fall is officially here. You know why? Because I posted a million recipes pumpkin related yesterday. So that means it’s here. I call the shots, bruh. Are you as pumped as I am about fall? I’m so excited to wear booties and jackets and scarves. But I AM NOT excited about winter. Fall lasts for about 15.2 seconds then winter blows in and ruins everything. Isn’t this winter suppose to be really bad too? El Nino style? Not cool with that. Except I just bought this poncho yesterday that I’m SO PUMPED to wear all fall and winter long. It’s like wearing a blanket around. A socially acceptable, fashionable blanket. The only reasonable way to get through winter without feeling seasonal depression is to shop. That’s just science. Science proof. Fact. It’s just a freaking fact, ok?!!

This light weight, flowy blazer is a perfect jacket to wear throughout summer and can easily be transitioned into fall. I wore it in Dallas while on book tour and will wear it as many times as possible before winter roars it’s ugly head. And it’s only $47!

I bought this vest over a month ago, mostly because I’m obsessed with shapes and fell in love with it right away (seriously, wait til you see how I decorate my house) but just didn’t have anything to wear it to. Until book tour came along. I can’t wait to wear it again. Actually, you’ll probably see it on next weeks FF. It’s soft, comfortable AND it has pockets. Pockets always means you’re winning at life. What?

I was pretty pissed when I left for book tour and remembered that I didn’t pack these booties with me. These are by far my favorite booties of the season. Wear them with jeans or pair them with a dress like I did here! No matter how you wear them, they are gonna be adorable all the time.

Now for my fall favorites. These are the pieces you’ll be seeing in my upcoming posts as temperatures cool down. Flowy tops, booties, fringe, and plaid errrthang is what will be filling my closet! Now let’s get fall started!

Love that first blazer! We differ in opinion (which is totally cool!) on the skinny jeans with holes in them. I was really wondering…what is it about the holes that you like? Is it just to make the look more casual? I’m sincerely curious.

    As always, you look fabulous!
