Hiiiiiii! I’m going to have to apologize ahead of time because this post will be short when it comes to explanations and little tidbits because I’m still soaking up every second of my wedding/honeymoon week in Jamaica and sitting on the computer just doesn’t sound like my favorite thing right now. But I leave for home tomorrow so I’ll get back to any of your comments or posts about my blog posts this week ASAP! Here is the outfit I sported while heading to Jamaica. Something you need to know about these wedges: they are the most comfortable wedges you will ever step foot in. Truly. So I linked a couple more cute pairs below.
First day in Jamaica included one of my favorite beach cover ups that’s only $10 and a purple swimsuit that has padding and underwire so it’s super comfortable and protective while galloping through the crystal clear water!

The first night I threw on this little mustard dress! Such a perfect dress for a beach vacation or a warm evening out since it drops so low in the front! And it’s super comfortable!
Now this swimsuit and cover up are absolutely amazing! And I’m very proud of myself for not getting any tan lines while frolicking at the beach that day! This suit has padding in it but no underwire but it still pushes everything up!
{ Bikini Top | Bikini Bottom | Cover Up }
This little white and nude lace shift dress is such a fun summer dress! You could wear it with wedges or more relax with some sandals and either look would be adorable!

The day before our wedding, I couldn’t wait any longer to throw on my bride bikini that I bought over a year ago. Luckily, they are still selling it! And instead of clasping in the book, it clasps around the front right between the boobs and has great cups so the bikini top never moves and you’re always feeling secure, even in the Jamaica wind!
{ Bikini Top | Bikini Bottom | Cover Up }
I lurrrrrv this dress! Just a warning, it plunges very low so you have to wear a pretty low bra or no bra at all! But the length is very modest so it all evens itself out!
After our wedding, I finally was able to pull out the cut out bikinis since I wasn’t worrying out tan lines anymore! I found this pair of bottoms on clearance so I haven’t been able to find them again, but the ones linked in the post have the same style bottom just in a solid color. I also linked a purple one!
{ Bikini Top | Beach Bag | Cover Up }
This may be my favorite bikini of the whole trip! It’s such a beautiful color and the cut outs sexy it up a bit. Ew, I said sexy it up. Gross. But you know what I’m saying. Right? RIGHT?! Ps be sure to check out the cover up because it ties in the front and stays secure while you’re off sailing on a catamaran!
{ Bikini Top | Bikini Bottom | Hat | Cover Up }
I bought this off the shoulder top just for this trip and I love it so so much! And these shorts are by far the best shorts I’ve ever purchased! PS these sandals run a 1/2 size big!
Now I’m just quickly touching on my wedding dress because I’m planning to put together an entire post about the day and show you way more pictures. But since I only posted the back of my dress on instagram, I wanted to share a couple angles here! You guys, I have seriously never felt happier. That day was so amazingly, outstandingly perfect. Can’t wait to share more stories and photos (not from a cramped hotel room) once I’m back!

Congratulations, Juli! You worked really hard to get where you are today. You deserve good things. Best of fortune to you!
Hi juli! Question for you regarding maaji swimsuits. Never tried them before. Usually get VS and yesterday I bought a new athleta bikini and am obsessed with the secure athletic fit.
1) what size top and bottom did you get in the orange and pink bikini? I am a 32c and am wondering if I should get small or medium?
2) do the suits feel secure enough for being tossed around in waves? Biggest prob for me is always nipple slip in bikinis… I need something more secure!
3) I will probably only get the Orange OR the pink (money for both might be tight). I have dark Asian skin and am leaning toward the Orange. Which one did you like better?
Thanks and keep up the great recipes!!

1. i’m a 34c/d and i got a size large in the top and medium in bottoms.
2. some of their suits are secure enough to get tossed around but not all of them
3. both are super different suits so i can’t recommend one. they are both amazing!
OH EMMMM GEEEEE!!!!! It finally happened! So gorgeous! Congratulations!
Hi Juli! What size did you get those amazing denim shorts in? I’m trying to determine if they run true to size. Thanks!!
medium!
Wow! Loved your wedding dress and all your fashion! You look fabulous! The resort does look really familiar to where I honeymooned. I stayed at the Secret Wild Orchid. Great place! Is that where you stayed or was it another Secrets?
PS. I am listening to your interview on GGW right now (my fave podcast!) … 🙂
yep, that was the same place!
Juli…Congratulations, you are so beautiful and such an inspiration! I am just switching to a Paleo lifestyle now, after years of fighting my body instead of fueling it. And yeah, this girl loves getting down and dirty with some heavy barbells and hardcore WODs too. So, looking to try all of your drool-worthy recipes, and wondering if you think that instead of going crazy in the brain counting every little calorie/gram/macro, that a more simple plan would be to do three meals/two snacks a day…and see where I go with it. Any advice to share?????
i think that’s a great idea!
Congrats on your nuptials! You looked absolutely stunning and what a place to get married
I just stumbled upon your blog and LOVE it. 🙂
Question for you – what size do you buy in the Maaji swim bottoms? Do you size up? I appreciate your input. Love you style
i get a size medium which isn’t sizing up for me!
Hi Julie
With the maaji blush sundown bikini, is there any padding? If not, did you still find it to be a good fit?
no padding, but it still fits like a glove! only suit i’ve really liked that doesn’t have padding
Gorgeous photos!
Where in Jamaica did you stay?
