Today on the podcast my SIL is back to talk for a hot minute before she works out! We talk about infidelity, her current living situation, and why our charcuterie board competition will need to be a little different next year. Then I’m by myself once again to chat about my first therapy session, something that surprised me afterwards, then my upcoming fitness program that release this month!!

Julie thank you so much for sharing your story this week. I started therapy as well this week. I have been several times before for other reasons. But it’s nice to hear someone else talk about going.

Hi Juli! I love your blog and all of the recipes and workouts that you post. Also, I’m really excited for your fitness program that’s coming out soon! I held off starting another one so that I can give yours a try. ?

I wanted to ask about a possible topic for your podcast. I know that your husband is in between jobs and trying to figure out what he wants to do. (At least I think that’s what I remember reading/hearing.) I am currently working at a job that I really dislike but am really struggling trying to figure out what I want to do. It’s actually been really challenging. Would it be possible for your husband to talk about his experience, processes, thoughts, etc. on what he’s been doing to figure out his next career step?

Thank you for doing what you do! You are an inspiration!

oh man, he would NOT be down for that. he is definitely on the struggle bus too, trying to figure out what he wants to do and not really knowing. I think as he figures things out and has more of a game plan, he might be more interested in sharing that. but he’s such a private person and he’s also feeling a little lost currently, so sharing those feelings and struggles wouldn’t be fun for him. he’s definitely not an open book like i am. but as he figures things out, i will definitely share the process! at the moment he’s just looking on linkedin and applying for some jobs as they come up

Hey Juli! I’m super excited for your new website and fitness program!! I’m wondering if you have any recommendations for incorporating ~3 days of running with your routine? Do you think that would be too much? Thanks for all your hard work! 🙂

i personally think it’s too much BUT that doesn’t mean it’s true. you gotta do what works for you, your goals, and your needs.
