Today on the podcast I’m talking through different things I’m currently learning about through podcasts, blog, instagram, and books. Then I’m talking about why I decided to drink raw milk as of recently and some things I refuse to completely give up once we have our new baby girl in our lives.

Loved this chat! My mom breastfed me and then when I was weaned I grew up on raw milk – and I (anecdotally) attribute this to the fact that I have no food allergies and a strong and resilient immune system.
Wishing you a safe and healthy pregnancy journey.

Hi! I’m sure you have already gotten a lot of suggestions about the sciatica pain but I wanted to share what saved me from horrible pelvic pain during my pregnancy. There’s an Instagram account called Mamastafit. They. Are. Amazing. Their exercises were a life saver. I hope you get some relief soon!
