In regards to your spiritual work…I’ve done deep work for the past decade and it seems like you have a ‘mother wound’, from your mother. Unless you clear this, you’ll pass it on as a legacy. The attention you shower your daughter with is really you raising yourself all over again because you most likely did not receive this love and attention from your mother. Your obsessions & compulsions with your vanity are all from an underlying attempt to be ‘good enough’, ‘pretty enough’ to be loved in the way you weren’t growing up. This inner work is so worth it- I hope you are brave and open enough to embark upon the journey. You’re really too young to even have a child unless you do this work- really no one should have children unless they have gone through the work. Good luck & loads of love and blessings to you!

Love this podcast. You started me on this journey a while back and I’ve learned so much. I highly recommend Journey of Souls by Michael Newton, Ph.D. It is very fascinating.
