Today on the podcast, I’m talking about working on listening to others, trying to understand ideas outside your own, and challenging yourself when you begin to judge others to stop and ask why.

Juli – Thank you for this podcast. How many of us share this viewpoint but feel like we are the only ones. I have been surrounded by family my entire life that treat relationships like it’s “my way or the highway”. So it’s not just a social media, internet issue. People who act that way online most likely treat their in-person relationships the same. So to find people or a community that is open minded and talking about serious issues in the way you have in this podcase just made my day!

Juli this podcast was absolutely amazing!! It made me cry because I’m one of those people that chooses my “ good” health I have right now. 3 years of battling my disease and I’m 7 months into remission.. almost had to get a permanent ileostomy bag.. I react to vaccines and I’m scared to death to get it and it send me into a flare up again. I’m OUT of option. This truly needs to be said more and thank you for being so open to both sides!!!!
