I’m pretty sure I’m making her Southwest Egg Muffins Immediately. Breakfast is always such a struggle in the morning. I work full time and am a mother of two so my goal in the morning is to get the husband and kids out of the house fed, lunches packed, bottles made and diaper bags ready to go. I literally have zero time to think about making breakfast for myself. If I make these tonight my breakfast will be done for the WEEK. Doing it. And THANKS!
