I am on my third week of following the Paleo diet and I feel wonderful! Even though it is not always easy being Paleo in college, it is SO helpful to have blogs such as yours and heathers to follow for yummy recipes. I would LOVE to try making the Apple Pie Paleo Granola because I have really been missing hearty/crunchy breakfast foods lately and this recipe seems like the answer I needed!

Honestly I want to try everything in her cook book, but the one that caught my eye was the paleo monkey bread! I absolutely love money bread but the original version with pilsbury dough boy biscuts is not exactly clean or healthy. Having this book would really help me to not binge eat when I crave deserts( which is pretty much always… sugar is like crack to me!) now i can just have little healthy-ish deserts when i want a snack 🙂
