Dude. The more I look at ebooks, the more I love them. Especially when really good looking ones come out. Like this one. Ebooks that have amazing recipes, great pictures, and helpful tips to stick paleo are few and far between. So I was stoked to see one of the newest paleo ebooks out there, especially since one of my blogging friends created it! If you haven’t seen the paleo food blog Multiply Delicious, you ABSOLUTELY need to look at it. Her photography is awesome and her recipes are spot on.     As a Paleo beginner, PaleOMG and Multiply Delicious have been great resources for me to merge into a new way of life.

    I was just thinking of how I was going to make some chili. I work in construction and I’m always needing to pack something simple as I’m always on job sites (field engineer). Chili…you can have that for lunch all week..quick and easy!

    My choice is the Paleo Veggie Beef Chili. Looks delicious!
