Today on the podcast, I’m sharing some of the highs and lows that we’ve experienced in the past month and how hard it’s been to navigate throughout. Plus I talk about a goal for 2022 that I think all of us could benefit from.

Thank you for sharing your journey, good and bad. I’ve been following along for Jackson updates everyday on IG and I’m so happy to see he’s making progress. What a truly difficult experience with everything you had going on in your own body. Sending positive and healing vibes and wishing you and your family a Happy New Year.

Thanks so much for sharing your journey! I have suffered from IBS-C for about 10 years now and if you name a product on the market, I’ve tried it. I recently started seeing a functional doctor in the fall to address a few different health issues and my doctor recommended trying magnesium citrate for my constipation. I had been taking a product that contained senna leaf and long term use of that isn’t recommended. I have been taking 600mg of Xymogen brand magnesium citrate for about a month now and it has been amazing! I do go less often than on the senna leaf, but I’ll take it. I feel so much better, there’s no bloating, and I know I’m taking something that’s good for my body. I know you’re pregnant but wanted to recommend it in case it’s something you can safely take.

Thanks for sharing your journey even through the extreme highs and lows you’ve been experiencing. I’m a few weeks ahead of you pregnancy wise and it’s been refreshing to hear you say the same things I’ve been feeling – you’re not alone, pregnancy is wild. I have to recommend the podcast The Birth Hour, it’s all birth stories straight from women and is really supportive of unmedicated experiences. I’m like you in wanting as much info as I can get and you can’t beat these real world stories! It eases my anxiety and is an easy listen, hope you can find the same enjoyment in it.
