  2. Thanks so much for sharing your journey! I have suffered from IBS-C for about 10 years now and if you name a product on the market, I’ve tried it. I recently started seeing a functional doctor in the fall to address a few different health issues and my doctor recommended trying magnesium citrate for my constipation. I had been taking a product that contained senna leaf and long term use of that isn’t recommended. I have been taking 600mg of Xymogen brand magnesium citrate for about a month now and it has been amazing! I do go less often than on the senna leaf, but I’ll take it. I feel so much better, there’s no bloating, and I know I’m taking something that’s good for my body. I know you’re pregnant but wanted to recommend it in case it’s something you can safely take.
