It’s been a while since I did a makeup favorites posts, but since my skin has been a pain in the butt lately, I’ve really mastered my own makeup game (in my very humble opinion since I don’t know what the hell I’m doing). Hopefully these makeup finds help you feel like a million bucks like they have done for me! Let me know if you have any questions about any of them, just leave a question in the comment section below! Makeup is the best.
Tula Sugar Scrub – If you want your makeup to look even, you gotta exfoliate! And this sugar scrub not only smells amazing, but it is packed with fruit extracts to buff away dead, oily skin to reveal a bright and smooth complexion! Be sure to use code PALEOMG for 15% off any Tula order!
Facial Razors – If you haven’t seen my post about shaving your face, I highly recommend it. Shaving your face is remove peach fuzz and dead skin, and it promotes cell turnover for better skin long term! But the best part is that it will ensure that your makeup goes on smooth and doesn’t cake in any of the peach fuzz. It’s a game changer.
Tula Moisturizing Primer – This is my current favorite makeup primer in the summer. It leaves your skin looking luminous with or without makeup. And it’s super hydrating, which is a must for my skin type!
Tarte Shape Tape Foundation in Light-Medium-Beige – FAVORITE PRODUCT ALERT!! This foundation was the whole reason I wanted to write this blog post. I just purchased it and I’M IN LOVE! I bought the concealer and loved it so much, so I was very excited to see that they also offer the same product, but in foundation form. This foundation gives the most amazing coverage without needing very much of it. It’s hydrating, smudge proof, and sweat proof. My skin has been acting up lately, but once I put this foundation on, I forget all about that. I love how my skin looks with this foundation!!
Tarte Shape Tape Concealer – I talked about this concealer right at the start of quarantine because I loved it so much and that hasn’t changed. I bought the concealer in a slightly lighter color to use under my eyes and it make my eyes look so much brighter. It also covers blemishes like a champ!
Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade and Anastasia Angled Brow Brush – I’ve used this pomade and angled brush for years now and every single time I’m able to get the perfect brow shape. And it doesn’t rub off when I put my top on. Anastasia brow products are the absolute best, I haven’t found anything better!
IT Cosmetics Shadow Brush with W3ll People Nudist Eye Shadow (in Violet Based Hues) – I don’t wear much eye makeup these days, mostly because I’ve been lazy while in quarantine, but I love wear the two pink shades from this pallete. If you’re strict about your makeup brands, this brand is a great non-toxic brand that I’ve loved for years now!
KISS Lash Adhesive with KISS Pixie Blowout Lashes – The one thing I did not quit during quarantine was glueing on my lashes. It’s something that makes me feel like my best self so I still glued on my lashes every morning, even when we didn’t leave the house. These are my absolute favorite lashes and glue that are bold and make your eyes look bright all day long! And the best part is you don’t have to deal with mascara smudging or falling on your cheeks AND you don’t have you scrub away at your eyes every night to get the mascara off.
L’Absolu Mademoiselle Shine Lipstick (in light mocha) – I really don’t feel like this product should be called a lipstick because that’s really not what it is. It’s more like a hydrating balm that has some color and shine to it. If you want a really natural looking lip that you can wear all day long, this is a great option!
Too Faced Coconut Butter Lipstick (in pout about it) – And if you want something with a bit more color that doesn’t feel quite as heavy as a lipstick, this is an amazing option. I’ve been wearing it every single day. I can’t get enough of this lipstick and love that I can wear it every day, even when I’m just wearing workout clothes – it’s that lightweight and natural looking!

These facial razors have been a lifesaver during the last 3 months and still on-going. My state is not yet to the phase where waxing is allowed, and these razors have been great for eyebrows and lip. Tula primers are also just the best. These primers are the first ones I have ever used per your recommendation and now I don’t think I will go without a primer again!
those razors are DEFINITELY life savers!!
