One of the #1 questions I get asked on a daily basis is what I snack on.     Maple Cinnamon Nut and Seed Crunchy Larabars for the win! Made with almonds, sprouted chia seeds, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sea salt, these bars are delicious while packing a good punch of healthy fats keeping me full. I also love crunchy snacks!

    The Dark Chocolate Almond one looks great. It has almonds, honey, sprouted chia seeds, cocao nibs, unsweetened coconut, maple sugar, coconut oil, cocoa powder and sea salt.

    My favorite is the Cherry Pie with JUST 3 ingredients. Dates, Almonds, Unsweetened cherries. Seriously? How could 3 ingredients be so good.

    The cherry pie is weirdly my favorite – I say weirdly because the thought of traditional cherry pie is completely unappetizing to me but its SO GOOD! Perfect combination of tart and sweet and feels substantial.

    Our family favorite would have to be the blueberry lara bar made with dates, cashews, blueberries and blueberry juice, lemon juice, and vanilla extract! We LOVE that they make ingredients we can trust for the perfect snack on the go!

    Cashew cookie- just cashews and dates!
