One of the #1 questions I get asked on a daily basis is what I snack on. And the more I workout regularly and the more I mix up my workout routine, the more I notice that I’m hungrier multiple times per day.     The new super foods bars are AMAZING! Tumeric and Ginger are two of my fav ingrediants for cooking because of the anti-inflammatory properties so a bar with those things and beets (which are totally hidden in this) are awesome!

    My ride-or-die is peanut butter chocolate chip: dates, peanuts, chocolate chips, and sea salt. When I found out our middle son had a severe dairy allergy, and also needed to avoid gluten, Larabars were one of the few snacks that I could trust…4 years later, we still love ’em!

    My current favorite is Cherry Pie, which is made with dates almonds and unsweetened cherries. I haven’t tried the Larabar Organic with Superfoods Hazelnut, Hemp & Cacao, but I have tried the Coconut, Kale & Cacao and Turmeric, Ginger & Beet and did not care for them at all.

    My all time favorite is Coconut Cream. With just five ingredients (coconut, coconut oil, dates, almonds & cashews) – what could be better for your body? Awesomeness in a bar!

    My favorite is the Carrot Cake bar! Dates, Almonds, Walnuts, Raisins, Dried Pineapple, Unsweetened Coconut, Carrots, Cinnamon, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil– Love the tanginess from pineapple and that there are actual carrots in this bar. Veggies FTW!

    When I first started eating lara bars years ago in high school Cashew Cookie was my absolute favorite and I love that it’s just cashews and dates!

    Now I just can’t get enough of the chocolate chip cookie or the apple pie!
