One of the #1 questions I get asked on a daily basis is what I snack on. And the more I workout regularly and the more I mix up my workout routine, the more I notice that I’m hungrier multiple times per day. Of course my favorite is the peanut butter, chocolate chip…who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate together 🙂 As an athlete, I am always eating on the go and need to keep my energy levels stable and Larabars are my number one snack of choice, especially when traveling to races!!!
Also, I am a Middle School Health/PE teacher and I tell my students the healthiest bars out there are Larabar because they can read the ingredients and actually know what they are!!!!!!!!!!!
Hands down, my fave Larabar original is the Cherry Pie. So good. So simple. Dates, almonds, cherries. Yes please! I want one now!
I haven’t seen any of the Superfood flavors in a grocery store in my area, but the coconut kale cacao sounds delish! My diet is artificial sweetener free, gluten-free, and (mostly) sugar-free, so Larabars are a great dessert alternative.
My favorite Larabar is the Cashew Cookie. I always have one in my purse and never leave home without it! I love that it’s made from literally two ingredients, cashews and dates. They are the most delicious bars I have ever tasted and I am so grateful I finally jumped on the Larabar train. I had no idea there were so many flavors either – I’ll be heading to their website to stock up and try them all!!
my favorite will always be cashew cookie! and only 2 ingredients – cashews and dates! it does not get any better than that. a close runner up is the seasonal pumpkin pie – I wait for it all year long, SO GOOD. pumpkin pie has 8 healthy and delicious ingredients – dates, cashews, almonds, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice. larabars are my absolute go-to favorite.
I LOVE the lemon bars! Lemon squares were always my favorite treat so the lemon bars are a perfect substitute when I’m looking for a sweet treat or snack. I take Larabars wherever I go! That includes Boston, Austin, road tripping in CA, and even to Israel! They are always my go-to when I need something healthy to eat on the go.
My Favorite Larabar is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, because who doesn’t love cookie dough?? With only four ingredients; cashews, dates, chocolate chips, and salt, it’s perfect for someone who is allergic to dairy and gluten, like me!

My favorite is anything with chocolate! Bonus points for adding peanut butter 🙂 The peanut butter chocolate chip has only four ingredients: peanuts, dates, chocolate chips and salt. The best part? GLUTEN FREE!
Larabars are the best! They feel like an indulgent treat, but are actually good for you! My favourite is Apple… Not sure how those 6 simple ingredients (dates, raisins, nuts, apple and cinnamon) come together to taste to yummy, but they do! 🙂
