It’s here!! A little project I’ve been working on for months is HERE!! And I’m so freaking excited to share it with you!!
I’ve been journaling for about 8 months now and have loved it. It started during a time when I was really struggling and I was trying to work through those feelings. And the more I journaled, the more I understood that those tough moments were fleeting. And it also helped me remind myself of who I was and what I wanted out of life. The more I journaled, the more I got those thoughts and feelings onto paper, and the better I felt each day. It became a routine I really fell in love with! And when I talked about it on instagram, I noticed that a lot of people didn’t know where to start when it came to journaling. They didn’t know what to talk about or how to start. So I decided to help those people out! I made the Good Day Journal and Good Day Affirmation Cards to help prompt each person with different thoughts and ideas to help them set each day up for success!
The Good Day Journal has prompts at the beginning to help you set intentions for your health, career, confidence, friends and family, finances, and more! And then it helps you work through your values and what the best version of you looks like. Then each day, which can be filled in yourself (dates not included) has a question about what you’re grateful for, what you love about yourself, what is on you mind, and different questions about your health priorities, daily priorities, and how you will ensure each day is a great day! The whole point of the Good Day Journal is, you guessed it, to help YOU have a GOOD DAY! The more you write down what you love about yourself, what you want to make happen each day, and what you are grateful for – the more all of those things become a beautiful reality!!
But wait, THERE’S MORE!! Along with the Good Day Journal, I created the Good Day Affirmation Cards!! Another thing I fell in love with, other than journaling, was looking at affirmation cards. But most cards out there have you repeat – ‘I am strong’ ‘I am beautiful’ ‘I believe in myself’ ‘I am proud of myself’…and while I love those types of comments and believe we should all be repeating those about ourselves on a regular basis, I prefer affirmation cards with a little more depth. I want to read a few sentences about how we should trust the universe or how through each person who cuts us off in traffic, is a new lesson to be learned or how growth can be so incredibly challenging, but each step is a part of the beautiful process. I want to read something that makes me think about how I can make each day better. And that’s exactly what these Good Day Affirmation Cards will do!
Each deck of Good Day Affirmation Cards comes with 50 affirmation cards that I wrote myself to help you set your day up for success or help see the world through a new, more positive lens! Read one of the cards before you write in your journal OR finish writing in your journal before you pick a card and set out on your day! Either way, the cards will be there for a pick-me-up whenever you need them!
