Oh, Hi! I’m Juli.

I’m a food hoarder. And a really bad dancer. If you don’t know me well, you will probably not understand my humor. Therefore, I apologize ahead of time. Thanks for listening to my ramblings of my ever-changing life and trusting my kitchen mishaps. Your trust in me is appreciated.

  1. OMG- I’m so excited for you, Juli! It’s been so fun following your journey over the years. You and Brian will make amazing parents. Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy! Thanks for sharing all you do. So happy for you!!

  2. SCREAMING!! I AM SCREAMING!! CONGRATULATIONS Juli Brian and Jackson!!!!!!! best bets news ever to start my day!!!! so excited to come along on this journey with you xxx

  3. What wonderfully exciting news! I am so happy for you, congratulations. I have two tips for you: 1. Don’t lend out your ears to all the advice you’re going to get, you do you and that’s the best learning curve. And 2. I am sorry for the let downs from the people in your life. That part I get. My kids are 17 and 15 and the only advice I gaan give on that sadness is to lower your expectations from the people you expect more from. Remember you can’t choose your family but the family you’re gifted when you get married love you just the way you are. They really do. This took me many many years to believe and accept.
Wishing you all the love on this new and exciting journey x

  4. Just listened and am sooo thrilled for you, congratulations!! I would highly recommend Revelle for PF work when you’re ready. The co-owner lives in CO, and highly recommend them!!

  5. Congratulations!!! I’m so excited for you!! You have such a beautiful soul, and the world needs more of that. Best of luck on your journey.

  6. Wow!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! How exciting! So very happy for you both! I have to say I am so surprised to hear this news since for years I have been following you and you have always said you were not into having kids. I guess I need to catch up a bit but this may be because for some reason back in 2020 I mysteriously stopped getting your emails so I didn’t know you had a change of heart about becoming a Mom.

After listening to this podcast you seem not only to be over the moon about being pregnant but you also have a phenomenal outlook on the future as a parent and you are being very proactive in doing everything possible to make sure your body is prepared to give birth and to give your baby the best step up in life. Nutrition, birthing Centers, pelvic floor, stress reduction, etc….you are on it girl!!! Keep all the negative out and let only the positive in…easier said than done I know. Wishing you all the best!

I also wanted to say how sorry I am to learn of all the health issues Jackson has been having to go through. It is so very hard and heartbreaking to see our 4-legged babies in such pain. One of my kitties had a cancerous tumor on his leg and we had to make what I felt was such a difficult and gut-wrenching decision to amputate his leg earlier this year. It turned out ok in the end as it was really the only way to save his life. He is doing well and for that I am grateful. Jackson is receiving the best of care and is so lucky to have you and your husband as his Mom & Dad. I am wishing for him that he improves with each passing day!

*Can you please look into why it seems I have been dropped from your email subscriber list? I have tried adding myself back in on your site but it won’t allow me to do so. I have also tried emailing you several times about this issue…as recent as today at itspaleomg@gmail.com but haven’t ever received a response.
