Thank you for always shamelessly speaking your mind! I am usually a social drinker (1-3 drinks when out with husband/friends), and since 2020 I drink much less, just because I don’t go out so often. Now when I have a drink (even just one!) I often get migraines.. so I have pretty much stopped altogether. I am also fittest I have ever been, and I think a lower alcohol intake played a part. Sparkling water and *occasional* gin & tonic for me from now on!
Also, yes yes yes to plants as medicine (when safely and controlled). Have you read any of the clinical trials of people using low-dose mushrooms or ketamine to heal their depression/anxiety? Super interesting stuff.
