Happy Monday, you beautiful souls! Are you pissed it’s not a Weekly Workouts post today? I apologize ahead of time, but I’m not really sorry because ONLY ONE MORE DAY UNTIL JULI BAUER’S PALEO COOKBOOK RELEASES! If you haven’t heard me talk about it yet, well where the hell have you been?! For the last year, I’ve been creating, cooking, baking, traveling, eating, drinking, crying, laughing, sleeping, and dreaming about this book. It was truly my life for the past year because I wanted this book to be the best book I’ve ever made. I’ve wanted to make a book like this from the beginning, but I just didn’t have the knowledge, the confidence or the ability to create it. Until this year, when I finally found my vision, found the photographers I wanted to work with, and found the happiness in my own life to help guide you to happiness in your own.
Juli Bauer’s Paleo Cookbook talks all about figuring out what form of paleo works for you. Maybe strict paleo, no “cheat days” no-nothing works for you. Maybe eating paleo with some dairy keeps you sane. Or maybe you’re like me with more of a 80/20 approach with eating paleo 80% of the time and enjoying some gluten free foods the rest of the time. My point is, you gotta figure out what works for you and do that. Do what makes you feel good. I want you to eat the foods that feel right for your body and make you feel best so you can show that best you on the outside. That’s why my subtitle is all about recipes that help you shine from within. Because I literally want you to glow because of the food you are eating. Food is medicine and if you’re eating the right stuff, it’s going to show on the outside.

So I bought your cookbook off amazon and its amaze-balls. I’ve made the pancakes (my kids picked them over regular ones with chocolate chips). Today is Saturday and I made your almond milk to pair with my coffee, the frittata which rocked and right now we are devouring your paella recipe. Did I. Enron we just got back fro. Spain last week and even still your paella is awesome!! What the whAt?? This book is ridiculous and this is coming from a classically trained chef. I love you,my family loves you. This book has made paleo FINALLY accepted by the whole family
