I love that you are talking about healthy feet in your podcast (and a lot of other cool things also – like bodywork)! It is such an important message ! I wore pointy toed high heels for my entire career and in 2019 my feet hurt so much I could not walk without pain. When I tried to get help I quickly realized that most podiatrists recommended surgery so I started researching other options. I transitioned to barefoot minimalist shoes and haven’t looked back. I do foot exercises and wear correct toes most of the time. I still have a ways to go but my feet are so much stronger now and pain free. I still have some of my pretty shoes and try them on from time to time but rarely wear them. Before transitioning I could not walk barefoot without feeling uncomfortable and always needed arch support. Now I can walk barefoot without pain and don’t need any arch support! Some people will never give up fashionable shoes and I get it but thank you for putting the message out there.

Hi Juli! Help don’t know how to fix this. I’m not sure if something change on your website but when I got to print off a recipe, the adds cover up the recipe. I’ve tried everything to get ride of the adds on the print page but nothing works. They always print off with something blocking parts of the recipe. I can send you picture so you can see how it looks when it get printed off. Thank you!!

Hey Tristan! It should be all fixed now. When you print the ad should no longer be there. So sorry about that!
