New Year’s Eve is almost hereeeeee! And it’s kind of the best holiday ever, right next to Thanksgiving. I mean, you get to eat snacks, hang out with your favorite friends and make out with someone at the end of the night. It’s all quite lovely. And my New Year’s Eve is going to be extra lovely this year since we are going to Cabo to celebrate! That is…as long as I don’t get the food poisoning in Cabo like I had in Tulum just a few days ago. Nothing like food poisoning to ruin a trip. Woof.

Another piece of New Year’s Eve that’s such a treat is the glitz and glam that goes along with it. Here in Denver, winter means jeans, sweaters and snow boots. But once New Year’s Eve comes, all winter clothes are peeled off and the adorable outfits we’ve been craving to wear are back on…no matter the temperature! And right now, Express has so many outfit ideas that are perfect for a New Year’s Eve party that you’ll also be able to wear time and time again! Just a couple weeks ago I shared a New Year’s Eve look from Express but now I’m back with a new one that gives you a little more coverage in the legs and arms, in case you’re stuck waiting in line somewhere chilly.

Hi Juli! Love love love the fashion posts (well all of them actually). What the heck kind of bra do you wear with that shirt?!

    1. juli says:

I like that you consider working on yourself, externally and internally, to be a lifelong process, and respect/admire how you (and the blog) have evolved over the years. Love these fashion posts; however, it would be great to see outfits/ideas for people of varying body types. Even if we are fit (or not fit and working on it), some of us on a good day will never be able to wear a strapless bra (or pasties), and while your outfits serve as a great baseline (or fitness aspiration), I would love to see your great fashion ideas for diff bodies. Thanks for your continued recipes, fashion/beauty tips … and above all, your humor and perspective on life. They are all appreciated and I look forward to reading this blog (almost) every day.

I go to Cabo about 3-4 times a year and never had a problem. Only if I eat and drink to much then I always get a stomach ache. I always take probiotics prior and during the trip. Maybe I’ll see you there, I will be there for New Years too. I go every year. Have a fun! I love it there.
