Hey Juli! Long time listener first time commenter. In regards to podcast topics, I’d love to hear more about working with Bret C. I’m obsessed with him and have purchased his subscription workout service but I’m interested in your experience with virtual personal training with him. How does it work, is it expensive? Thoughts on virtual personal training?
i have LOVED it so far. you send in pictures every month, give you weights and feedback, and you get new programming every month. i think it’s $119. i don’t know if it’s truly him or if it’s his interns since he also runs a real gym and personal training clients, but it’s been really great!! and i think it’s $119/month!
Oh. My. God. If that beet juice woman was a beet juice man, you would’ve had to call the cops. It’s like she watched a documentary on Ted Bundy and was like, “Yeah, that’s how I’m going to approach sales.”
Love your blog and so happy you decided to start podcasting . I always recommend PaleOMG to people who are looking to make healthy changes or are wanting to switch up their diet and fitness routine. Your recipes are, hands-down, the best.
right?! #metoo ma’am
Hey Juli! I’ve been a big fan of yours since 2013 and have a quick question. I love your podcasts and really enjoy listening to your random thoughts..lol! Since you’re a podcast listener yourself, do you have any recommendations for podcasts like yours? I love to listen while I’m grinding away at my computer at work; feels like a one way chatty convo with a girlfriend :)!
i love Heather McMahon’s Absolutely Not podcast and That’s Right, Bitches podcasts!
Hi Juli! I didn’t know if you would be willing or interested to talk about friend breakups on your podcast? I remember you briefly talked about a falling out you had with a friend and was wondering if you could talk about what you went through, how you coped, advise, regrets, etc. I had a really traumatic falling out with a close friend about a year and a half ago over wedding drama. I know separation in relationships is inevitable as people grow and change and as your priorities change, people who you’ve been close with may slowly fade away. I feel like it’s something I don’t hear women talk about as often, and it’s way more devastating (in my opinion) than a romantic relationship breakup. You are so down to earth and feel like a close friend so I would just be interested in hearing your thoughts. Love your podcast so much!
absolutely!! i think that’s a great topic. it’s definitely something that is incredibly tough to get through and leaves a small hole in the heart, pretty much forever. i’ll definitely make that a topic soon!!
