Working out every single week is a commitment. There’s no getting around it. Just like work, just like a relationship, just like brushing your teeth…you have to commit to it to ensure that you’ll get the best results. And that can feel overwhelming because people want quick results. We are part of a culture that believes wholeheartedly in instant gratification, which means we are let down and then give up when we don’t get the results we want in a short amount of time. But what if we were able to erase those preconceived notions from our brain and start fresh? What if we were able to change our brains into believing that committing to something long term would give us lifelong results?

I’ve been working out consistently for about 12 years now and each year I experience a new result from that commitment. Not every week is perfect, not every workout is my best, and there are days I definitely don’t feel like working out – but I’ve stuck with my commitment to myself. And that commitment is feel like my best self day in and day out. I want to live in my best life here on earth, knowing that any day could be my last. I want to make a positive impact in some small way. And for me, exercise is part of that impact. I work out because it makes me more positive and I can take that positivity then share it with the world. My commitment to myself helps me continue to be a better person, to make a deeper impact, and create positive change in the world around me.

Committing to an exercise program/routine can be intimidating. But I’m here to remove that intimidation so you can concentrate on yourself and make a positive impact in your own world. My commitment to my exercise routine the past 12 years has led me to creating programs for you so you don’t have to be intimidated. I want to help get you motivated, excited, and committed to your health, because the world around you deserves it. If I can get you committed to your health, you can concentrate on what’s most important to you – your family, your friends, your job…your positive impact on the world. Oh, Hi! I’m Juli.

I’m a food hoarder. And a really bad dancer. If you don’t know me well, you will probably not understand my humor. Therefore, I apologize ahead of time. Thanks for listening to my ramblings of my ever-changing life and trusting my kitchen mishaps. Your trust in me is appreciated.
