It’s here!! I have a fun new fitness program and recipe e-book for you guys!! I’ve been working on this Power30 Program and Recipe Ebook ever since the Power Program launched in February. This Power30 Program wasn’t supposed to launch until late April, but since all of us are stuck inside and many of you out there are looking for different types of workouts to keep you in shape while at home, I thought I might as well release it early!

So let me give you the rundown about the Power30 Program! I’m constantly taking in any feedback you send my way and one of the main things I hear is that people are limited on time. And because of this limited time, many people don’t even get a work out in because everything feels like it’s going to take an hour or more. So I created 30 workouts that can all be performed in 30 minutes or less, with minimal equipment! That way, if you know you only have 20 minutes for a quick workout while your child naps, you can find a 20 minute workout within the Power30 Program to fit those needs!

The workouts are divided by type in this Power30 Program.

  • EMOM
  • Upper Body
  • Tabata
  • Strength
  • AMRAP
  • Leg Day
  • Burner Day
  • Core

If you’re working out at a gym, but you’re legs are incredibly sore and their workout is all about legs that day, well you can pick from one of my arm or core workouts instead! If you’re trapped at home with no equipment, you can pick from one of my workouts that can be performed with no equipment. This Power30 Program is all about you being able to pick and choose the workouts that work for your needs and time constraints! Here is a sample below of one of the workouts in the Power30 Program! Each day has the time of the workout at the top, tips to help you get the most out of each workout, and modifications for some of the more challenging movements! Plus there is a video tutorial for each day, which you can see below this sample workout!

I answered a bunch of questions on instagram stories yesterday about the difference between the Power30 Program and Power Program, but here’s a quick recap –

  • The Power Program is a 3-month fitness program with 5 workouts per week, perfect for someone who wants a structured program that tells them what to do 5 days a week
  • The Power30 Program is 30 workouts, perfect for someone who is limited on time and looking for workouts to fill in the gaps OR looking to choose their own adventure with their workouts

Both programs use dumbbells, kettlebells (often can be interchanged with dumbbells), loop bands, and a bench! And some workouts need no equipment at all! The Power30 Program has so many fun workouts that will challenge you, help you build muscle, and help you ramp up that metabolism! I can’t wait to see what you guys think of these workouts!!

And one of my favorite parts of this launch is the Power30 Recipe Guide! The Power30 Recipe Guide can be purchased on its own or you can bundle it with the fitness program at a discount! It includes 30 recipes that can be made in 30 minutes or less! All these recipes are BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW and will only be available in this ebook, I will never be sharing any of them on the blog. Not only are these recipes easy to make, but they are SO freaking delicious! And just like any PaleOMG recipe I have created, every recipe is gluten-free, paleo, and even dairy-free, too! You’re going to love every single one!

Some of my favorites include the Hashbrown Waffle Breakfast, the Shrimp Green Curry, Chunky Monkey Protein Yogurt Parfaits, Mediterranean Avocado Toast, Prosciutto Melon Salad, and Baked Salmon with Pineapple Salsa!

When you bundle the recipe guide with the fitness program, you’ll get the two at a major discount! And right now I’m offering it on sale! So instead of paying $49.99 for the program and recipe guide, you’ll only pay $39.99. That’s 30 workouts and 30 recipes, which comes out to only $0.66 per workout or recipe! It’s such an insane deal to make sure you feel comfortable during this uncertain time in the world! But the sale is almost over so click here to grab it before it ends today!

I hope this answers any of your questions about the new Power30 Program and Power30 Recipe Guide, but if you still have questions, leave them below and I’ll answer them ASAP! I’m so excited to see what you guys think of this program and to get your feedback so I can create even more for you guys moving forward!

Oh, Hi! I’m Juli.

I’m a food hoarder. And a really bad dancer. If you don’t know me well, you will probably not understand my humor. Therefore, I apologize ahead of time. Thanks for listening to my ramblings of my ever-changing life and trusting my kitchen mishaps. Your trust in me is appreciated.

Juli, I am having trouble viewing the videos on vimeo for the Power 30 program. They connect to site from the pdf but it’s a black screen 🤷🏻‍♀️. The links worked perfectly for the Power Program. Am I the only one experiencing technical difficulties?

  2. Hi, just curious on the difference between the power thirty and the power program. new to your site and just want to understand more before purchasing.

    thank you, kj

    1. my power program is a 3-month program that tells you what to do every single day. but if you are a person that is just looking for some supplemental workouts to add into your own fitness routine, the power30 is a great one because it gives you 30 workouts that are all under 30 minutes, but it’s less of a schedule compared to the power program!

  3. Loving this program so far! I’m the type of
work-outer that likes change, one day I may spin, other days I lift, some days I like to do all the things. Basically I don’t like to stick to just one program (I have a hard time being told what to do). This program is perfect because you can pick and choose. Can’t wait to try the recipes!!!

Thanks, from a health teacher and RN trying to stay sane at home! -Dani

  4. Juli,

Thank you for putting new material out there, I have both of your cookbooks and was a bit disappointed when I didn’t realize this was online only but I will try to deal with it. For some reason I am locked out of my acct I guess it wont let me do a new password unless I know the old one? The reason for the new one is because it doesn’t seem to like the old one. Can you please help with this issue. I would like to get it on my tablet so I can use it in my garage gym during this covid-19.

    Thank you again
    my user name is cathy.maples

Do either the Power or Power30 have barbells included in the workouts? I have been using/loving the Power Body, but now the gyms are opening back up I’m looking for some barbell-included workouts.

    1. no, but my next program (Power Sculpt) which will launch mid-July will be more of a barbell program now that gyms are opening back up!
