It’s here!! I have a fun new fitness program and recipe e-book for you guys!! I’ve been working on this Power30 Program and Recipe Ebook ever since the Power Program launched in February. This Power30 Program wasn’t supposed to launch until late April, but since all of us are stuck inside and many of you out there are looking for different types of workouts to keep you in shape while at home, I thought I might as well release it early!

So let me give you the rundown about the Power30 Program! I’m constantly taking in any feedback you send my way and one of the main things I hear is that people are limited on time. And because of this limited time, many people don’t even get a work out in because everything feels like it’s going to take an hour or more. So I created 30 workouts that can all be performed in 30 minutes or less, with minimal equipment! That way, if you know you only have 20 minutes for a quick workout while your child naps, you can find a 20 minute workout within the Power30 Program to fit those needs!

The workouts are divided by type in this Power30 Program.

  • EMOM
  • Upper Body
  • Tabata
  • Strength
  • AMRAP
  • Leg Day
  • Burner Day
  • Core

If you’re working out at a gym, but you’re legs are incredibly sore and their workout is all about legs that day, well you can pick from one of my arm or core workouts instead! If you’re trapped at home with no equipment, you can pick from one of my workouts that can be performed with no equipment. This Power30 Program is all about you being able to pick and choose the workouts that work for your needs and time constraints! Here is a sample below of one of the workouts in the Power30 Program! Each day has the time of the workout at the top, tips to help you get the most out of each workout, and modifications for some of the more challenging movements! Plus there is a video tutorial for each day, which you can see below this sample workout!

I answered a bunch of questions on instagram stories yesterday about the difference between the Power30 Program and Power Program, but here’s a quick recap –

  • The Power Program is a 3-month fitness program with 5 workouts per week, perfect for someone who wants a structured program that tells them what to do 5 days a week
  • The Power30 Program is 30 workouts, perfect for someone who is limited on time and looking for workouts to fill in the gaps OR looking to choose their own adventure with their workouts

Both programs use dumbbells, kettlebells (often can be interchanged with dumbbells), loop bands, and a bench! And some workouts need no equipment at all!     Thank you for putting new material out there, I have both of your cookbooks and was a bit disappointed when I didn’t realize this was online only but I will try to deal with it. For some reason I am locked out of my acct I guess it wont let me do a new password unless I know the old one? The reason for the new one is because it doesn’t seem to like the old one. Can you please help with this issue. I would like to get it on my tablet so I can use it in my garage gym during this covid-19.
