Everything feels very strange at the moment. Our city is a bit of a ghost town, schools are currently cancelled, the grocery stores are complete mayhem, and we have been told to stay home and socially distance ourselves from one another. The corona virus has created panic throughout the world and it’s challenging not knowing how to navigate all of it. But since most of us will be home for quite a while, one thing I want to help you navigate is working out! It’s one of the small things you can control right now, so I want to make sure you have all the tools at your fingertips.
And to kick things off, I’m sharing a special deal on my Power Program. I understand that many people don’t even know when they will receive their next paycheck and funds are tight now during this scary time. So to help in a small way, I’m offering my Power Program at a special $20 off to help anyone out there that is looking for workouts that can be performed at home with minimal equipment. Instead of $69.99 for my Power Program, it’s now on sale for $49.99. This program gives you 3 months of workouts that can be done at home with dumbbells, kettlebells, and loop bands.
And if that price is not an option for you right now, I completely understand. Below I’m sharing a ton of workouts that I’ve shared on my instagram that can all be done from the comfort of your own home with minimal to no equipment! I hope this post keeps you moving, sane, and positive throughout the strange time!!

Thanks again for sharing. Moving and sweating during this stressful time is important to mental health.
(And I’m glad Jackson is feeling better!)
Thank you so much for doing this! Movement and getting your HR up during this time is so important and I appreciate you putting this together for everyone! Thanks Juli! I’m in Arvada and I totally get what you’re saying! Then add this spring snowstorm, ugh!
YOUR WORKOUTS ARE THE BEST!!! You are the best. Thank you for sharing these and for creating the program.
thank you so much for the love Emily!! so glad you’re loving the workouts!
These are awesome, thanks Juli!
Wanted to ask, what workout equipment do you personally feel like is the best bang for your buck? (that would be a good post right now 🙂 )
I have a yoga ball, 1 35 lb dumbbell, 2 10lb dumbells, and small glute bands from bret contreras, but want to grab/order a few more things and can’t decide! I guess long resistance bands?
Thanks!
i think dumbbells and loop bands are probably the most bang for your buck!!
How can one take advantage of the $20.00 savings? I just saw this entry today and I am trying to continue maintaining a healthy lifestyle as an essential worker in the world.
hey Diane, i’m sorry but that sale went for 2 weeks. i’m sorry you missed it! but i promise you, it’s well worth the $69.99! you’re paying about $1 per workout! you definitely won’t get that at any gym or from any personal trainer!!
Hi Julie,
I hate to ask on here but I purchased the Power Program in the beginning of the year, I used it a few times and stopped. Now I cannot find the link or the downloads. Is there a way to re-download? I have been trying to find proof of purchase as well.
hey alysia! send me an email at paleomgfitness@gmail.com and i’ll get you all figured out there!
Hi Juli,
I have the power program and am loving it so far. There are a few moves that I question if I am even doing them right (like Good Mornings). Have you ever thought about a tutorial on some of the moves to guide people to make sure they are getting the most out of them? The videos are helpful, but sometimes some verbal cues might be good too. And you are hilarious, so the videos with you narrating might be even better!
my next program will include more in depth videos with verbal cues!
