My Fitness App Has Launched!
If I’ve seemed a little quiet on here…like super MIA…well that’s mostly because I have a 5 month old baby and really have no idea what I’m doing. Balance is now a thing of the past. But another reason is because I’ve been working on other things. From filming short videos for Reels on instagram to filming long videos for YouTube, I’m filming all the time. And another part of that filming includes filming exercise videos for my FITNESS APP!!
Ever since I launched my fitness programs in February 2020, I’ve wanted to create a fitness app, but I didn’t know how to make that happen. Well that all changed about 6 months ago and I’ve been able to create an app that will not only have all my fitness programs on it, but will also have all my new content moving forward. Whether you want to do one of my 6 week, 12 week, or 6 month programs OR you want to simply try out my Daily Workouts that I share every morning along with any new content that comes out (high protein recipes, new fitness challenges, collaborations, and more), you can find it all on the app!

This app consolidates my brand new daily workouts AND my fitness programs in one place!
My daily workouts focus on different parts of the body. You can do some back to back, like glutes & hamstring followed by core finisher, or you can just do a full body on its own! These workouts will range in time, range in equipment needed, and range in body part! If you need a workout that only uses a barbell so you don’t have to move all over a busy gym, I have that. If you need a quick 20 minute upper body workout, I have that. If you need a bodyweight travel workout, I have that. Every day is a different workout and you’ll have access to those workouts over and over again!
If you’re looking for a structured program to improve strength and results over time, my programs are available for a separate fee in the app. If you simply want a program, you do not have to pay the app fee. You simply pay the program fee and the app is free! And if you’ve already purchased a program in the past, all you need to do is click here, download the app, and create an account using the same email you used when buying on Teachable. Easy peasy!
Every movement is filmed so it’s super easy to follow. You’ll know exactly what you’re supposed to do, how many reps and sets, how much rest you’ll need, and when you’re through with your workout!
