  • Equipment needed: dumbbells, kettlebells (optional), bench, loop bands
  • Recommended for: beginners who are just starting out as well as people who are comfortable in the gym and looking for a new program to change things up
  • Length of workouts: between 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the workout & the weight you choose

Power Program 2.0

  2. I was looking into your power program. After the 12 weeks, is it made that you should do it again? I didn’t want just a one and done program. I used to do Crossfit too and my body is burnt out from all that intensity. I still like it do HIIT workouts at times, but definitely looking for more of the power movements with basic equipment. I made a basic home gym, but still need a program to tell me what to do.

    1. you could definitely do it again, if you wanted to. many people have! but i recommend that if you finish the advanced Power Program, to move on to Power Program 2.0 after!

    I’m looking at doing your Power Sculpt program, but saw in your IG stories last week that you’re coming out with a 3-day/week program…I find I feel best if I work out a maximum of 4 days/week, so now trying to decide if I should just go with the Power Sculpt and just omit the “Wild Card” day, or if I should wait until your 3-day/week program comes out. Can you tell me when that 3-day program is slated to be available?

    1. Hey Karen!! If you like 4x/week, you should definitely try Sculp and remove the Wild Card day. That’s what I’ve prescribed for other people in the program who wanted to reduce their days, as well. My next program won’t be coming out until July! And thanks so much for the love!
