My Advanced Align GYM Program and Advanced Align HOME Program have officially launched and both programs are ready to help you workout LESS and get MORE results (beginner program will launch in a few months!). Yes, you heard that right! For most of my fitness journey over the past 13 years, I thought more was always better. More workouts meant more results. But come to find out, BETTER programming paired with great nutrition is what gets you GREAT results. I started working out only 3x/week about 6 months ago and not only did all my lifts increase in weight, but I saw my body physically change because I was finally giving it the proper rest and recovery that it needed. So I’m here to help ensure you get the most out of your fitness program so you can work out only 3 days a week, reap the rewards, live your best life the other 4, and finally feel in ALIGNMENT!

For most of my life, I believed that the only way to see physical changes was through an extreme amount of high intensity and looooots of cardio. So I killed myself in the gym, expecting that I would see the results I had always hoped for. And I did this for years and years and then more years. Until finally I realized that what I was doing wasn’t working, so I tried something totally different. And let me tell you…it was HARD. Leaving the gym not completely drenched in sweat or waking up not feeling like I got hit by a truck was kind of a mind fuck. I fully believed that the only way to see results was through blood, sweat, and tears…because that’s what I had been taught by everyone I looked up to my whole life. My friends, my coaches, and even the media. But turns out, you can get results without the miserable pain day after day. And you don’t have to work out every day to experience amazing results. You can get a little sweaty, push yourself a little harder than the week before, and you’ll begin to see the light just like I did. I’m not saying you don’t need to work hard, but I am saying you don’t have to believe that only cardio will get you results and help you lose weight or become leaner. Lifting will help you build muscle and change your physique, while your diet choices help fuel you and get you seeing your results day after day!

PaleOMG Align Program

Now let’s get into what you’ll get with the new Align Program! There are two program to choose from – a GYM version and a HOME version. For the GYM version , you’ll need access to the following equipment:

  • Rack
  • Barbell
  • Bumper plates
  • Dumbbells
  • Cable machine (or long loop bands)
  • TRX
  • Loop bands
  • Glider or sliders
  • Stability ball
  • Bench
  • Jump rope
  • Medicine ball

For the HOME version, you’ll need access to the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells
  • Long & short loop bands
  • Glider or sliders
  • Stability ball
  • Bench
  • Jump rope

Lifetime Access to 12 Weeks of Programming:

  • The program includes 3 full body workouts per week.
  • Progressive overload style programming, meaning you are consistently increasing your weights as the program progresses. Weeks 1 and 3 along with Weeks 2 and 4 are the same programming each month, so you’ll be able to see your strength increase between those weeks. The purpose of repeating those weeks is to continue to work on your form while you also increase your strength. Increasing your strength will get you the results you’ve been hoping for!
  • New workouts are dripped each month so you’re concentrating on that month and your present goals, instead of jumping ahead.
  • Progress tracking sheets that you can download and print to help you track your weights each week.

Challenging Movements That Increase in Difficulty Throughout the Program:

  • This program will filled with movements that will challenge you, especially as each month progresses.
  • Warm-up and cool-down for each month.
  • Each workout includes a video of all the movements.
  • And if you want to skip the video all together, there are GIFs available for each movement.

Private Online Discussion Forum and Community:

  • With your program purchase, you’ll receive free access into our Circle.so private forum where Align members can ask questions, support each other through each workout, share progress photos and videos, and get an added push of motivation with each workout.

This program was made to help you experience the benefits of progressive overload training, to help you feel STRONG and empowered, and to help you no longer feel guilty when you’re not working out every day of the week. You CAN get great results from only working out 3x/week, as long as you’re willing to work hard on each day of the program.

  4. Hello! I am really interested in the home program but currently don’t have any home weights. What lb weights would you recommend. I currently go to a small studio and use between 8-15lb weights for most upper and core moves

    1. for a home version, you’ll want to have a good range of weights. 8-15lbs for some upper body movements are perfect, but you’ll want heavier dumbbells for lower body, anywhere from 30lbs to as heavy as possible!! the main objective of a progressive overload program such as this one is to have enough weights that you can continually increase throughout the program and enough weight to create a physical change in the body!

  5. Hello Juli! Just wondering about the advanced vs. beginner. I have a lot of experience lifting in a “regular” gym as well as a crossfit gym, but I am coming off of a long break after having a baby, should I start with the beginner due to just getting back into it? Or advanced because I am well versed with technique and movement? Thanks, you are killing it! (I have been following for almost 10 years :))

    1. I think you will be fine with advanced since you have previous experience! Beginner is more for someone who is just coming in to lifting with not much experience!

  6. Can you workout 2-3 days in a row and/or rest more than 1 day between workouts? The best schedule that would work for me is Sat, Sun, Mon. But then I would be off 4 days in a row! I have not done that before. Would that work? Thanks!
