Weekly Dinner Menu
Got another week of meals coming your way! I am VERY excited for pasta night this week because the pasta dish I found sounds incredible. I’m very into cooking with lemon rind lately. I had no idea how much I had been missing out on amazing flavor by only ever using lemon juice or lemon zest. The whole lemon is a must! I also had lomo saltado at a restaurant over the weekend and it was so good, and reminded me that I have a recipe from years ago that needs to make an appearance at our table again. I hope these meals inspire you and get you cooking something new this week!
