New weekly dinner menu coming your way!! I tried to ensure I had a different protein for every meal and I also tried to mix up the veggies and starches, as well! Hopefully this adds a little spice and change to your weekly routine!!

Sunday

Salad: The Mediterranean Dish 5-Minute Lemon Parmesan Salad

Main: PaleOMG Italian Spicy Sausage & Gnocchi Casserole

Veggie: Giada’s Masala Braised Mushrooms

Monday

Salad: PaleOMG Jicama Apple Slaw

Main: PaleOMG Thai Curry Meatballs

Veggie: NY Times Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Tahini Butter

Tuesday

Salad: Arugula, Beet, and Balsamic Vinegar Salad

Main: PaleOMG Garlic Lime Shrimp 

Veggie: PaleOMG Thai Peanut Zucchini Noodle Bowl (I’ll be using these noodles instead of zucchini)

Wednesday

Salad: Fennel, Avocado, and White Balsamic Salad

Main: PaleOMG Chicken Rice Soup 

Veggies: Dishing Out Health Miso Sesame Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Thursday

Salad: Citrus, Herbs, and Champagne Vinegar Dressing

Main: So Much Food Red Wine Braised Beef

Veggies: PaleOMG Fall Butternut Squash Salad
