Sunday – Rest day. I was still in Pittsburgh last Sunday so that meant lots of work! So much fun. Have I mentioned how much fun I’m having on this project. Because I’m having so much fun on this project.

Monday – This workout was done in the garage in Pittsburgh. It was early in the morning and I hated it. But I’m still glad I worked out, even if I was moving at the speed of molasses.

10 min AMRAP ladder (2,4,6,8…) of:

Clean and jerks – I used 65#

Burpees

I got 18 plus something but don’t remember because I didn’t not care one bit.

Tuesday – Rest day because travel day!! From Pittsburgh back to Denver.

Wednesday – I planned to spend my entire first day back home on the couch, watching The Mindy Project and Parks & Rec, but that didn’t happen. And I was hella pissed. But I did the workout, feeling miserable and complained the whole time.

EMOM x 9: 3 Position Snatch. Start at 55%. Add as you go.  – I used 85#

Push Press: 5 x 3. Adding (10 mins) – I got to 110#

THEN

10-20-30 Reps For Time Of: ( 12 min cap)

KB Swings (70/55)

Box Jumps (24/20)

Pull Ups

I finished in 9:28 using 45#KB

Thursday – Still not feeling back to my normal self. Bleeeehhhhh. During this workout, I continuously said how much I hate working out.

OH Squat: 4 x 5. Adding (10 mins) – I got to 110#

Weighted Pull Ups: 5 x 3 adding or max effort strict pull ups. – I did 29 reps total of strict pull ups

10 Alt Weighted Pistols / Pistols between sets. – I did 10 each set 

THEN

For Time:

200m Run

20 Push Jerks (155/95)

200m Run

30 Front Squats (155/95)

200m Run

20 Push Jerks

200m Run

I finished in 9:39 using 75#

Friday – Almost back to normal!

Power Cleans: 7-7-7. Adding. Hold onto bar for full set. (12 mins) – I got to 135#

For total Time:
Partner Row: 2400 / 2000m
 – Must change every 300 / 250m – My partner and I finished in 8:30

THEN

100 Double Unders

then

3 Rounds of:

16 Alt DB Snatch ( moderately heavy)

30 Wall Ball

I finished in 10:46 using 35# DB

Saturday – Motha effin’ rest day! Thank the lord since it included 5 rounds of 400m run.

      honestly, when i first started crossfit by myself, after every workout i did i would do 20 minutes of jumping rope, singles and doubles. and i did that every single day. before i knew it, i could do over 100 in a row
