Goooooood morning from Cabo!! I’m currently sitting on the couch in our house rental watching the sunrise. Not bad for my last day in 2018. Can you believe tomorrow is 2019?! I’m so excited for it!

So I want to give you a heads up with what’s to come this week! It’s going to be all about creating a better life for yourself. Tomorrow I’m going to share my top healthy recipes that taste like indulgences. That way you will never feel like you’re missing out when you’re making healthy food choices throughout the year. Next up is how to create a healthy, longterm relationship with exercise. If exercise is something you struggle with, I’m going to show you how I’ve been able to stick with exercise over the past 9 years and actually love every second of it! AND THEN my girlfriend Brianna is coming in with a guest post to talk about how to live your most badass life ever. She’s going to give you a free download sharing 5 simple actions that will make your life better than yesterday!

I’ve decided that I want 2019 to be better than 2018. I struggled this past year personally. I had a tough time with myself and being happy. So in the next couple weeks I also plan to share my goals of being more confident in the New Year and everything I’m doing in 2019 to make sure I accomplish that. Life isn’t always simple and it takes some serious work at times and I want to make sure we can problem solve together to make each day better than the last. It’s going to take some work and some constant actions day-by-day, but I think 2019 can be absolutely spectacular with a few small changes! So excited for this weeks posts! I hope you enjoy them and I hope they get you motivated this New Year!!

Now here’s what I did in the gym this past week! I plan on changing up my workouts a bunch this coming year to look a little more like this! I plan on adding some extra cardio classes in, taking a slight step back from CrossFit so my body has more time to heal from the actual CF workouts, and I plan on sharing more workouts that I make up on my own! If you need some good workouts this week, I highly recommend Tuesday and Saturdays workouts. I was so sore from both!

Thanks Juli. We welcomed our second baby a couple of weeks ago and I’m looking forward to getting back into the gym in a few weeks time and checking out your workouts for inspiration. They used to give me so many ideas before I got pregnant and had to start modifying everything! All the best for 2019.
