Looking forward to reading your vacation recap (hopefully with the rental company’s info)! I would LOVE to do a trip like that!!! How awesome!
I was wondering if you knew of a low impact workout routine? I ran cross country for eight years (yuck) and have done HIIT workouts, but have recently injured my ankle and was advised to take time off and not do high impact exercises. I’m worried that taking time off will impact my health and fitness goals. I am getting married in a year, but it doesn’t seem like enough time to heal AND get the body I want. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! You rock!
you could try barre classes!
