It’s finally here! After I launched my Advanced Align Program a few months ago, I got to work on my Beginner Align GYM Program and Beginner Align HOME Program! And today is finally the day! If you are looking to work out LESS and get MORE results Beginner Align is for you! In the fitness community, we are are always that MORE is BETTER…but come to find out, BETTER programming paired with great nutrition is what gets you GREAT results. I started working out only 3x/week about 6 months ago and not only did all my lifts increase in weight, but I saw my body physically change because I was finally giving it the proper rest and recovery that it needed. So I’m here to help ensure you get the most out of your fitness program so you can work out only 3 days a week, reap the rewards, live your best life the other 4, and finally feel in ALIGNMENT!

PaleOMG Beginner Align Program
For you to get results from this program, I need you to follow a few rules. 1. Push yourself is every workout, 3x/week. 2.  Increase your weights as often as possible, while keeping as perfect form as possible. And 3. Fuel your body with plenty of protein, vegetables, healthy fats, and of course, water. Lifting will help you build muscle and change your physique, while your diet choices help fuel you and get you seeing your results day after day! The heavier you lift over time, to more results you will see!

Now let’s get into what you’ll get with the new Align Program! There are two program to choose from – a GYM version and a HOME version. For the GYM version, you’ll need access to the following equipment:

  • Rack
  • Barbell
  • Bumper plates
  • Dumbbells
  • Cable machine (or long loop bands)
  • TRX
  • Loop bands
  • Glider or sliders
  • Stability ball
  • Bench
  • Jump rope
  • Medicine ball

For the HOME version, you’ll need access to the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells
  • Long & short loop bands
  • Glider or sliders
  • Stability ball
  • Bench
  • Jump rope

Lifetime Access to 12 Weeks of Programming:

  • The program includes 3 full body workouts per week.
  • Progressive overload style programming, meaning you are consistently increasing your weights as the program progresses. Weeks 1 and 3 along with Weeks 2 and 4 are the same programming each month, so you’ll be able to see your strength increase between those weeks. The purpose of repeating those weeks is to continue to work on your form while you also increase your strength. Increasing your strength will get you the results you’ve been hoping for!
  • New workouts are dripped each month so you’re concentrating on that month and your present goals, instead of jumping ahead.
  • Progress tracking sheets that you can download and print to help you track your weights each week.

Challenging Movements That Increase in Difficulty Throughout the Program:

  • This program will filled with movements that will challenge you, especially as each month progresses.
  • Warm-up and cool-down for each month.
  • Each workout includes a video of all the movements.
  • And if you want to skip the video all together, there are GIFs available for each movement.

    How long are the workouts in the home version? I am deciding between programs and time is a big factor. Thank you!

      It really depends what kind of weight you are using (more weight = more rest) and how much time you take between sets to rest. but workouts normally range from 30-45 minutes for the home program!

    Do you think the Home or Gym version is better to do in a CF gym? My back is hurt and I need to step away from CF style movements for a while. My gym does not have a cable machine… just your usual CF gym stuff. Also, is there a place on the website to see all of the programs or are they embedded in the blog posts?

      i think gym version is best because there is a lot of barbell. for the cable movements, i often give long band option for modifications.

    Hello! I just bought the Align Advanced program and am SO excited to get started! I was wondering if there was a way to download all of the workouts and warmups at once and get it printed and bound at a print shop? My mother in law does this to programs she buys and I think it’s a great way to log workouts (and see past PR’s). It just seems easier that way than to print out little by little. Thanks! also wondering about the teachable app?

    Is there somewhere I can look at all the fitness programs and what equipment is required? I’m looking for an at home program (having twins in April and unrealistic to get to a gym). Prefer weight lifting and goals would be to increase strength/tone. Not a fan of cardio 🙂

    Wondering if there’s a guide to figure out which program is best?

    We just or rather FINALLY got our tonal after many months of waiting. I LOOOVE it. Anywho my question is can any of your programs be done using the tonal instead of gym equipment or body weight and such at home?

    I am planning to purchase your beginner align program, We live in a townhouse community that has a gym, which has all your gym equipment needed except for a barbell and plates. Would it be better for me to select the at home program or the gym program and modify the barbell workouts?
