These little morsels of heaven are fan-freakin-tastic, but sadly, i cannot take credit for them. But Stacey from Stacey’s Paleo Kitchen obviously knows what she is doing and is so wonderful to share it with paleo community! I TOTALLY recommend making these for a cheat meal or whipping up a batch for a BBQ this summer! You will not regret trying these!

Hi
1) You are awesome
2) You are hot
3) Where do I find some coconut butter?
I have not used it in any of my paleo stuff and no one at my damn box seems to have any! I am assuming whole foods? Any other places you know of?
PS – I want this like now so online is not an option! Thanks!!
Hi Nick B.
1) You are awesome for commenting, especially in a number format.
2) I’m guessing you are extremely good looking because ONLY gorgeous men comment on my blog. #fact
3) Check out this link: and yes, I know you said online is not an option, but i’m a rebel without a cause.
PS- people at your box are missing out in life. Check out Whole Foods or Vitamin Cottage. Not sure where you live. Or check out this #boom
1) Number format is the Ultimate format – so ill keep using it!
2) I live in Portland, Oregon and I dont think we have a Vitamin Cottage!
3) I am just going to hit up Whole Foods tonight because I need some enjoy life chocolate chips anyway, but I dig the rebel spirit.
PS – If you are ever in the Pacific Northwest, I am totally making you some awesome paleo food. (Refer to numbers 1 and 2 of my original post) Thanks for the advice!!
I like our convos. And the sound of being made a paleo meal by another human being.
Made these last night for non-Paleo friends, who loved them. A tip for others, it works great even if you are a bit “loose” with ingredients – a little short on syrup, a little over on coconut milk, etc. I had to shape them a little more to get them to stick, but the flavor was still great.
Bonus ingredient: I used the mocha-flavored Nikki’s coconut butter and HOLY CRAP BOMB DIG.
These things were amazing…… Made 2 batches and pretty much ate most of them…….my inner fat kid was really happy!!!!!!!!!!
I hav unsweetened coconut. I hope that is what I m supposed to use, & not the sweetened kind.
correct
This. Recipe. IS THE BANE OF MY EXISTENCE.
They’re SO good, I just can’t stop making them. And eating them. And, it’s the easiest recipe in the world, perfect for those of us who are not so skillful, or patient, in the kitchen.
Are coconut butter and coconut oil the same? I don’t have coconut butter. Can I substitute it for coconut oil?
Oh my goodnesssss!!! These are amazing! I only made a half batch cause lord knows I don’t need all the desserts, but I’m regretting that now! Delicious!
