I don’t know who winter thinks he is but this whole game he’s playing with snowing in the winter is RUDE. It’s pretty much pitch black outside this morning and it’s put me in one hell of a mood. It could have to do with how sore I am, but I’m going to go with snow-blaming instead. Do I want to shovel? No. Do I want to have cold toes throughout the entire day? No. Do I want to scrape my car with a credit card because I can continue to ignore the fact that I need an ice scraper? No. But I probably should get one. I’ve lived in Colorado for 30 years at this point.
But who cares about my annoying needs. Let’s talk about cauliflower gnocchi. Because you probably know at this point that it’s the best thing ever. And if you don’t since you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, I recommend that you move. It will be worth it. Then you can make my cauliflower gnocchi recipes all the time and life will be grand. Especially if you have an air fryer. I was recently making my Instant Pot Creamy Gnocchi Soup on instagram stories and a woman reached out and told me that she makes her gnocchi in her air fryer and then told me how simple it is. So this really isn’t a recipe at all. This is a way to cook gnocchi that an instagram follower showed me. And I thank her. And love her with all my heart. Now instead of having to pay attention to the gnocchi in a pan to make sure it doesn’t stick or turn in to goo balls, all you have to do close your air fryer and pay attention to the rest of your meal. It’s lovely. And they come out perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
But enough about gnocchi. I’ve had enough. Just kidding, I want to eat it everyday. Anywho, I’ve had a couple people reach out to ask if I’m going to share Bachelor recaps this year and I’ve been really torn about it. Ok, not REALLY torn. But slightly. Sometimes it’s tough to gage…or gauge? Sometimes it’s tough to ga(u)ge what people want since complainers are much louder than appreciaters. When I would share Bachelor recaps in the past, I would get emails from people saying they couldn’t stand The Bachelor so it ruined the post they were trying to look at. So since this year has Colton, who is a virgin and 12 years old, it’s slightly less interesting for me to watch and actually recap, especially with the complainers out there coming in hot.
Complainers are just the pits. They ruin the fun in everything. When I came out with fitted shorts a while back in my activewear line, a woman complained that I was out of touch, body negative and it not a good look. For coming out with shorts. Shorts. And you know what? You guys have totally rocked those shorts and looked amazing in them. So I think I need to remember that people just like being angry about something. Even gnocchi. Someone will be angry about this gnocchi if they don’t have an air fryer. All that being said…I haven’t watched much of The Bachelor. Virgin jokes aren’t that interesting to me. Nor are the innuendos that the editors have made throughout each episode. We get it. He hasn’t had sex by the age of 26. He’s had a tough life as a good-looking white male who made it to the NFL. It’s a true sob story. Cinderella right there. Now, what do YOU think of The Bachelor this year? Are you in love with Demi who said she hasn’t dated a virgin since age 12? Or are you in to one of the fourteen beauty queens? Vast array of people this year. Bravo, NBC. You’ve outdone yourself with lookalikes this year.
Now excuse me. I have leftover gnocchi to consume.
Easy Air Fryer Gnocchi Three Ways
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes

- pesto sauce (I used Seggiano Pesto)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, black pepper
- parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place frozen cauliflower gnocchi in the basket of a 6qt air fryer. Spray with coconut oil spray. Turn temperature up to 400 degrees F and time to 10 minutes.
- Once 10 minutes is up, use tongs to flip each piece of gnocchi over, spray with coconut oil once more and cook for another 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.

I have never watched the Bachelor, but I always love your recaps. If this season (or show in general) is lame, pick something else. But bring back the recaps in all their snarky glory!
hahaha thanks Jen!!
I have so many thoughts on this post. I feel like complainers are just people browsing the Internet finding different ways to be assholes. I don’t care about the bachelor, so I skip that stuff and go straight to your delicious recipes. Woe is me. Seriously, I have never made something from your blog I didn’t like. You’re awesome, and I so appreciate your blog! I don’t have an air fryer but I have a Breville countertop oven which has an air fry feature. Definitely going to test the gnocchi in it!!
so glad you’ve liked every recipe Brooke!!
My husband and I watch ( mostly laugh at) the bachelor every season. You mentioned Rose Pricks a few times and I’m been hooked on that podcast now! So funny!!
Complainers and haters are the worst and for sure more quick to comment. There’s been a few things in your podcast and blog posts I don’t 100% agree with or love— and ya know what? That’s fine and I’m still a huge fan! No need to get my undies in a twist over it, am I right? Keep doing you Juli!! Xoxo
it’s so gooooood. the guy is so damn hilarious, i can’t get enough of his laugh. and that’s proof of how mature you are. we will never agree 100% with all the people we know but it doesn’t mean we respect them less or need to complain about it. thanks for the love Annette!
I love your Bach recaps and used to come to the blog each week specifically to read them! Sad panda if you don’t do them! I like Colton but the editing/production focusing SO MUCH on his virginity is exhausting and a snooze fest. I only watch for Rose Pricks, The Popcast recaps, and your recap…screw the haters and you do what you love!
thanks for the love Jill!! i agree, so much emphasis on his virginity. so boring.
Voted for you again! Good luck!!
thanks Jenna!!
I’m “angry” right now because I don’t have a Trader Joe’s! Lol
time to move!
I discovered TJ’ gnocchi accidentally the Sat. Before Thanksgiving. I bought two bags. That was about 20 bags too few. I followed their directions and ended up with wonderful tasting goo. Now that I have your recipes, I will make another trek to TJ’s for lots more bags. I missed gnocchi more than bread. Thank you for all the recipes.
no more goo!!
Ugghhhh I’ve had an airfryer just sitting in my cart for AGES. I think this might have just tipped me over. Screw it, I’m gonna get one.
do it Jeannie! do it!!
I had a choice of an Instant Pot or an AirFryer for Christmas and I chose an AirFryer. So happy I did! I have been loving using it, it’s a gadget that does something completely different from anything else I own whereas people are using an instant pot as a crockpot on steroids.
PS-you do you, if you like recapping the Batchelor, than recap away. I’m not a fan so I’ll just silently judge you as I skip through your IG stories or scroll down in your blog.
I tried the TJ’s gnocchi and thought it was gross. But I was following the directions on the package. I made it this way instead, OMG, I now want it every day! (The pesto version is my fav) thanks for the tip and recipe!!
right?! i’m right there with you! i could eat them for every meal!
