This may sound strange, but you should look into finding a stylish diaper bag that doesn’t look like a diaper bag. They’re usually water resistant, flat on the bottom, with lots of compartments for everything you’d need a compartment for. (Skip Hop’s Versa bag is a good example.) Experience: my Ed Hardy diaper bag became my gym bag and nobody even knows.
