Baby registries are SO OVERWHELMING. We are having a baby for the first time…and we’re supposed to know what she needs?! Hell if I know! Luckily I found some of the most helpful items through Live Wild Be Well Non-Toxic Baby Registry along with items through friends I follow on instagram. They would link a product they loved in stories and I would save it to add to our registry later. Do I have everything I need on there? Probably not. But that’s why having Amazon at our finger tips these days is a true lifesaver. We’ll figure out the rest along the way!
Hopefully this list helps you build your own baby registry! And if you think I’m missing any MUST HAVE items, please leave a comment in the comment section below!

I loved the elvie curve, some people prefer the Hakka but I was never able to master it with it sticking out and feeding at the same time.
Also, I loved the pacifier box and the bottle box from babylist. So many people told me “my baby liked this bottle but yours might not” so I was nervous to commit to one pacifier or bottle. This gave us a variety to try to see what she liked. What I found was my girl is not picky and likes most bottles and pacifiers.
For the snoo, double swaddle!!! My girl was an escape artist, lol so found that double swaddling got us more sleep. We used a Velcro one at first and then switched to the love to dream when we noticed that she liked to sleep with her hands by her head.
Hope this helps, love seeing you in this journey and can’t wait until your little one is here!
Mom of 4, at this point I make sure I have a slew of receiving blankets, a few pacifiers (mam brand were a favorite for all but one of my kiddos and that one never accepted any paci!), diaper rash cream (thick and sticky = good), lanolin and disposable pads for milk leaking (I go through so many in the beginning I can’t keep up with reusable) and a bouncer (somewhere safe to put baby) at birth. The other items I buy as needed depending on the baby though that may have to do with being frugal, we do have four kids 😂. Your Baby Girl is going to be so loved!
I would add the Ergo baby carrier that can go on fornt or back. It’s great when baby gets a little bigger. Also super nutrition for babies by Katherine erlich and Kelly genzlinger. Congrats!!!!
I agree!
Great list!! Some others I’ve been loving for my almost four month old…
1. Earth Mama Baby Face (Nose and Cheek balm)- took care of baby acne immediately!
2. Baby bath gloves (natural bamboo)- for gripping baby when she’s wet in the tub and used in place of a wash cloth (way easier)
3. Molly’s Suds laundry detergent (unscented) and wool dryer balls
4. Love to Dream swaddle with zip off arms (first born girls are at a higher risk for hip dysplasia- their swaddles are certified hip safe)
5. Bumbo changing pad
6. 4Moms Breeze play yard plus
7. Fisher Price swing (I don’t love to put her in containers often, but this is honestly a life saver while I’m making food)
Congratulations!! ❤️
I always liked to put a clean diaper cream (LOVE Doterra’s) on my girls before bed time to prevent rashes… Especially when they started sleeping through the night…. And a diaper cream spatula was a must! Not sure why, but diaper cream under my nails grossed me out so badly!
I second the Ergo 360 baby carrier! It’s a life saver in the six months to 2.5 years age range. We have had ours through three babies- it is a work horse and the best part of it is that it’s comfortable for both my husband (very broad shoulders) and myself (petite build). So happy for you <3
Baby bib with sleeves. It’s essentially a smock but a lighter fabric. Keeps their arms/sleeves from getting messy. Total game changer. I originally found them an IKEA but I believe Amazon has some now.
I would add the Ollie Baby Swaddle. Best one I used by far. Velcro lasts and is tight and material is breathable and dries fast! You can also access bottom to change diaper without un-swaddling.
I’d add a humidifier, especially in Denver!
The Lille baby carrier is amazing and you can use it right from the newborn phase without and special inserts. Also getting a few different bottles to try is a good idea bc some babes like on better than another. There is so much stuff out there for babies and a lot of it you can figure out as you go. (*cue late night Amazon ordering 🤪). You are going to crush this and I’m so happy for you!!!
