The New ELEVATE Program Has Launched!
It’s hereeeee!! My first collaboration with another trainer has LAUNCHED! When I first got pregnant with Avery, I knew I wanted to keep creating fitness programs and other courses. So I teamed up with my friend and fellow trainer Kelly of Sweat.Love.Soul. to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that’s our sweatiest yet: the Elevate Program! Kelly is just the beginning of other health professionals that I’ll be hiring to bring YOU one-of-a-kind programs and courses to help you challenge yourself and thrive in your own body!
Now let’s get into Elevate! Elevate is completely different from any of my programs. All videos include Kelly, who is the creator of Elevate, and it’s a circuit-based and fast-paced program. If you want to maximize your anaerobic and aerobic fitness, this program is for you! And it’s not for the faint of heart. Elevate uses all gym equipment and has creative cardio bursts within every workout to help keep your heart elevated and keep you burning calories throughout each workout. If you want to be covered in sweat and extra sore from your hard work, Elevate is just for you!
Here is the quick breakdown of Elevate and what you’ll get when you purchase this program:
- Lifetime access to 12 weeks of programming
- 3 workouts per week with a new and different workout every single day
- Leg Day workout, Upper Body workout, and Bodyweight Cardio Burst workout each week

This is an advanced, gym-focused program that utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance/hip bands, jump rope, Bosu ball, slam ball, leg press machine, squat bar, trap bar, box, bench, cable machine, assisted pull-up machine, and hamstring machine. There are also some optional cardio equipment, including the treadmill, Versa climber, stairs, rower, and Airdyn bike! If you don’t have access to this equipment, you’ll be able to chat directly with Kelly in our online discussion forum to come up with modifications. Each workout, 3x per week, will take around an hour to complete, depending on the amount of rest you take.

And if you want to learn more about my wonderful friend and trainer Kelly, here is a little bit about her! Kelly is the co-owner of a beautiful Pilates studio, B.Pilates, which is connected to her husbands gym, Viking Power Elite, where she is a personal trainer part time. Kelly has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years! Like me, Kelly got her degree Colorado State University in Health and Exercise Science and is a certified trainer through NASM. She’s also certified through CPT and the Heritage Training Program for Pilates! She spends her days training her clients both in her Pilates studio and in the gym while she also cares for her two amazing children. If you check out Kelly’s instagram, you’ll notice that she is extremely talented in Pilates, but her true love is in strength training, which is why I hired her to create this program with her unique training style!
