New weekly menu is coming your way once again!! Brian tried to drink red wine over the weekend which turned into him drinking 4 sips and then us having an almost full bottle of wine that will get ignored on our counter until completely sour…so I’m getting ahead of it by making my Coq au Vin. I took a French cooking class over the weekend and it was the reminder I needed to cook with wine more often. We may hate drinking wine in this house, but it makes food SO tasty.
If this is your first weekly dinner menu post you’re reading, just FYI – I share a starter salad, a main dish, as well as a veggie side. I like us to eat our starter salad with our dinner, then once we tuck her in bed, we have the rest of our dinner. I also love having some sort of veggie side no matter if the main dish has veggies in it, that way I get multiple veggies in at one meal. Hopefully this recipes I’m loving (and trying for the first time) inspire you in your own week of delicious meals!
