Carrot Cake Protein Balls

Serves 9 protein balls     adjust servings


  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or meal
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 medium carrot, finely grated
  • 3 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place in a glass storage container.
  2. Store protein balls in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat.
