If you’re sitting here, reading my blog, I’m guessing you’re a little stuffed from Thanksgiving. I know I am. Even though I feel like my portion sizes aren’t crazy on Thanksgiving, I always feel overly full and slightly hungover. Sugar hangover is real. So whenever I overdo it and feel like sugar is taking over my mind and body, I start planning out what recipes I want to make to help get me back on track. Those recipes need to be easy, they need to be delicious, and they need to make me feel satisfied so I’m not reaching back in the fridge for my chocolate caramel tart. So I’ve put together my favorite PaleOMG recipes that don’t use too many difficult-to-find ingredients, that pack a whole lot of flavor, and will keep your on your paleo track. Paleo doesn’t have to be hard, it can be quite simple…especially with these 20 breakfast and entree recipes below. Let’s get through this sugar hangover together, like a college BFF’s.
