I haven’t made a 5 ingredient recipe in a while. I apologize for that. But it’s sometimes hard to come up with recipes that taste really good with such few ingredients. Flavor comes from different spice and herbs, that’s why I add them to my recipe. But thankfully, some wonderful companies out there have already packaged tasty items to make our life easier. Like in this recipe. Instead of making my own mayo, I got lazy and found an amazing product at Whole Foods called Sir Kensington’s. Yes, the product has some sugar in it, so instead of complaining, you can just make your own with my 30 second mayo recipe! Issue solved. You’re welcome. I’m a genius.

Speaking of genius, did you see the Jimmy Fallon and Paul Rudd skit the other night at The Tonight Show? My lord, it was wonderful. They are probably two of my newest favorite people. I can’t decide who I like more. But both of them are hilarious. I can’t seem to stay up until 10:30pm, so I fall asleep on the couch until I hear something funny and then see about 2 minutes of a funny part of the show. I really should just start DVR’ing. Is that a word? Doesn’t matter. What does matter is how genius of a comedian Jimmy Fallon is. He makes me want to stay up past the 10 o’clock hour and not many things do that.

I need a vacuum. Are there places to find a vacuum that aren’t super expensive? I would love to just buy it on Amazon like I do with everything else, like the sticky bras I bought the other day (those are awesome fyi) but my new building I live in has made it rather difficult. It’s a secured building so you either need a code or a little key fabe thingy. Well, Fedex doesn’t have those two things, so when they come to my building, they leave a note on the outside door saying they attempted to leave the package. Well, I always leave through the garage, so I never actually see those notes. So after three attempts, they ship my package back to Amazon. What in the hell. I ordered a package 3 weeks ago (2 day shipping) and I’m still dealing with getting it. All this for a damn office chair that I could have just picked up at a store. Blasphemy I tell you!

Did anyone see the last episode of The Bachelor on Tuesday. That was awesome. I haven’t really watched this season because it’s painfully boring and Juan Pablo is painfully dull, but when I heard it was good, I onDemanded that sh*t. I was hoping someone would just leave. I don’t know how most girls lasted that long. Of course the two crazy ones are left. They’re just so insane, all they care about is actually winning at this point, not that Juan Pablo is a total bore. I get it. I’m competitive too, sometimes. I think crazy eyes is going to win. Crazy eyes Claire. I’m such a good name giver. I don’t think I’ll watch the finale, but I definitely will tune in for the show with all the booted women. Those shows are always the best. It’s like listening to a herd of screaming cats, but somehow is enjoyable.

I work at the same hospital as Nikki from the Bachelor and it’s been fun hearing all the crazy real-world things about her. Turns out she’s not the nicest in real life either haha

      hahahaha that’s awesome

This looks so good! Would it be so horrible to use dried dill?

    1. juli says:

No it would still taste good!

You’re so awesome! Thanks so much for replying to my little question. I was so excited about your recipe I didn’t read your post first. But I agree agree with others Dyson Animal. We also got ours refurbished from Woot years ago and it’s great although I would have never paid full price for it, love it but dang expensive. However a friend just got one from Bed Bath and Beyond with the handy coupon they send out and she said it was the best price around, she’s super analytical so I believe her. Love Amazon Prime it’s the best but I suppose not so good in your situation, but YAY for the new place!

A Dyson for sure–price tag looks scary, but worth EVERY PENNY! I have 2 large dogs, and 2 cats and just have the regular Dyson Ball, not the Animal and mine still picks up hair just fine so I don’t think the extra money for the Animal model is worth it. Also, like the comment earlier, if you have a Sam’s/Costco membership that will for sure be the best price you’ll find. They rarely go “on sale” anywhere unless it’s a Black Friday special.

Kirby. Kirby. Kirby. Don’t think about it. Buy one. You’ll never have to buy another vacuum again for the rest of your life. (Seriously though. I see vintage ones for sale that still work) crazy!

I agree that kirby’s are a great vacuum – I used to sell them over a decade ago. However, my mother has the dyson animal ball, and I am in love with it. It weighs an eighth of the kirby and turns on a dime, literally. Even my husband loves it, and that says alot. I was using my mother in laws kirby for a while to shampoo my carpets, because she couldn’t use it – it was too heavy for her to keep getting in and out the closet. She eventually gave it away to her son $1500 worth of vacuum, just gave it away

You know, I haven’t cooked in ages, and this may just be exactly what I needed to get me back in the kitchen. Thank you thank you!

Not sure if Amazon operates the same in Colorado, but in my area they have these lockers you can have your package delivered to. The closest one to me is at the nearby convenience store. It’s worth checking out!

Target for vacuums. You can check the Weekly Ad for what’s on sale and do research before going out and buying.

  8. Zahra@MusicandMarathonsz says:

Shark vacuum. They dont cost that and they are light weight. Kirby costs $4000, so no thanks. Dyson, again $800 on a vacuum, thats like the price of a vacation.

  9. Janet says:

We bought our vacuum at Sears. A cheap one because when it breaks from all the animal hair it has to suck in all at once we won’t be crying but throwing it out without hesitancy to buy another one!!

I love Jimmy Fallon but like you can not stay up so I just see clips on the news-on the news? What the bleep?! Best thing about the news in my book!!

    Have a wonderful weekend!

  10. Hillary says:

I also recommend a Dyson! My boyfriend’s mom bought us one for Christmas after she found out that we had borrowed our neighbors to vacuum. On Amazon you can also buy the factory refurbished and it works great… what a steal for a high qualify vacuum that transitions seamlessly between hardwood and carpet.

Also Juan Pablo might be THE most boring yet. The only two girls that were Not bimbos on this season have both left by choice because they realize that JP is bland, and if they bring up any serious topics of conversation he just tries to kiss them instead!

I just started tuning in to your blog about 2 months ago but all of your recipes that I’ve tried have been awesome & your blog entries are hilarious!
