Thanksgiving is TOMORROW, but do you have all of your dishes planned? Because I’m definitely not prepared. I still need to grocery shop and get my life together. Because come Thanksgiving morning, I will be mimosa tipsy at my gym and completely worthless in the kitchen. Which means I need to buy a couple bottles of champagne as well as orange juice, then I also need to grab some dates, blue cheese or goat cheese, bacon, and all the ingredients to make my Chocolate Caramel Tart! Just a few things. Hey, should I stuff my dates with goat cheese or blue cheese? Help me decide!
I’ve honestly rarely thought about what I was thankful for on Thanksgiving. I don’t know why, but I’ve only ever thought of the food. So this year, I’m really going to count my blessings. When I rang in the New Year of 2015, I told myself and you guys that this year was going to be the year of positivity and I fully think I’ve stuck by that resolution. So one of the things I’m majorly thankful for are the other positive people out there that have made this blog possible, made my cookbook possible, and helped me continue to love what I do. I’m so thankful to have you all in my life, if only through the internet. And you help me continue to try my best to bring you as many free paleo recipes as possible every week. So thank you. Thank you for supporting me on my blog, supporting my changes through the years, and for being the positive person that helps bring positivity to my own life. I’m so lucky to have you guys.
So while you grub on one of these recipes tomorrow, remember what you are thankful for. Things may really suck sometimes, but there is always something to be thankful for. Holidays are rough and stressful, so remember to smile because a smile can truly change any day around! #positive2015

If it were me, I would be more inclined to eat the dates stuffed with goat cheese over blue cheese.
Is this a trick question? Blue cheese. ALWAYS blue cheese.
Lots of great recipes here!
Happy Thanksgiving!
I say stuff half the dates with blue and the other have goat!
Yum yum yum! Just FYI, if you can, fix the links on the images images so that it opens the recipe, not just the big image (I just opened 10 of them in new tabs only to realize I only opened the image… oops!). 🙂
sorry about that, all fixed!
Goat cheese. No question about it.
GOAT CHEESE. Always.
Also I would say most people who like blue cheese like goat cheese, but not everyone who likes goat cheese likes blue cheese. Because it’s stinky. Goat cheese is milder and more delicious. But honestly, just use whatever you like more. You’re the one making it, so you should love it most. Hope that helps 😉
You know my vote….GOAT CHEESE
I’m thankful for your blog and all the yummy recipes! 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving and cheers to turkey comas, cocktails, and naps on the couch!
Go team blue cheese.
Thanksgiving Paleo style … love it! I’ll have to steal a few of these for next year 🙂
