Happy New Year!!! Can you believe it’s already 2019?! What in the F?! 2018 flew by but I’m extremely excited for 2019 and to see what is to come! And if you’re anything like me and had a little too much fun at the end of 2018, you’re probably ready to get back on track with you diet. Well I’m here to help! When I first started eating paleo back in 2010, I was super nervous about it. I felt like I had to give up so much with all the restrictions of paleo, but that’s truly not the case.
