Let’s face it, you rarely go past the third page on my blog. I don’t blame you. It’s a lot to look at. It can be overwhelming. How to decide. You get distracted by the desserts when you’re looking for a sugar free quick dinners. Or get distracted by the annoying stories that, even though you kind of hate, it’s hard to not read. It’s like watching The Bad Girls Club. You hate it, but you love it all at the same time. I actually really hate that show, it’s pretty much the worst. So I hope my blog doesn’t feel like that show. A woman yesterday let me know that she felt that way about my blog. Bummer.

Anywho, I’ve made a list of some of my favorite recipes from that past so you don’t miss out on any breakfast, dinners, snacks, and even desserts. I sometimes forget about some of these recipes until I check out my Pinterest page. Then once I read my old posts, lots and lots of memories come back. I used to take a whole lot of pictures on my phone. And practically in the dark. I’m not exactly the best photographer nowadays, but at least I know how to find the light. Back to the point, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Or me by the rude things I say constantly. Just try the recipe! Do it!! Click the link right underneath your “favorite” picture!

Holy Moly…Banana Bread French Toast. The purist in me rebels but damn it that sounds so awesome. I have made a fair few of your recipes but somehow I never saw that one.

I want it for breakfast now…

That’s the one I want, too! The picture looked AMAZING.

  2. Andrea @ pencils and pancakes says:

Your blog has the best paleo recipes I’ve ever encountered. So in no way is it like the bad girls club. I make a lot of the. From the archives in repeat!

  3. Kate @Almond Butter Binge says:

Thank you for bringing these recipes up from the archives! I already know I need that artichoke lemon pesto thing in my mouth pretty much immediately — and that burger with the pineapple on it looks amazing.

As an aside, I have never understood why people take the time to tell someone about how much they hate them. What is that about? You hate something on the Internet? Good thing you have the option of ignoring it! UGH.

First of all, I love your writing. All the paleo police and people that don’t understand humor can suck it. But, your light and crispy vanilla protein waffles should definitely be on here. They are AMAZING. I put them in the freezer and when I need quick breakfast pop them in toaster. Sometimes I put a leftover chicken breast in the middle and a little syrup. Yes….chicken and waffles. Anyways- you’re beast.

I don’t understand why people take the time to tell someone how much they don’t like them. So much negativity. If you don’t have anything nice to stay.. then just shut up! People suck!

Meanwhile, I think you are awesome.. and love your blog. Confession.. I may have skimmed through all most all your blog posts.. like past the 3 pages. I love all your recipes that I have tried!

Bonus, I have all the ingredients for loaded turkey stuffed twice baked sweet potatoes!

  10. Andrea says:

You were the first blog that convinced me I could do this whole paleo thing so looking through your old blog posts conjures up memories for me too weirdly enough.

Thank you for all your hard work, hilarious stories and being a real enough human being to not hide the fact that you eat the “bad stuff”. You coulda hid it to keep up a persona but instead you chose to be real. Appreciated!
