I’m currently still up in Fort Collins staying at the lovely Edwards House Inn waiting for Jackson to heal and get discharged, and because of this, I have no kitchen to cook you guys new recipes! So instead, I thought I would put together a post with some in-season recipes! Now that we are well into March, it’s time to take advantage of certain produce at it’s peek freshness! Start grabbing all the fresh citrus to make delicious salads and cocktails, make some of my favorite cauliflower dishes, and whip up potato side dishes for the whole fam! Hopefully this round-up gives you some new ideas of how to use your fresh produce before March ends!
Peach Prosciutto Arugula Salad
Strawberry Arugula Bacon Salad
Roasted Asparagus & Cauliflower Soup
Spicy Candied Brussels Sprouts
Crispy Sesame Brussels Sprouts

Hi Juli! I am so glad that Jackson is getting better and continues to get better every day!! I have been doing your Power Program since it came out and I LOVE IT!!!!! My husband and I have a weekly menu board so we know what we are fixing each night and our kids don’t ask “what’s for dinner” and this week we are trying your Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole. My question is on the Primal Kitchen Ranch is it the dressing or is there a powder form seasoning? Thank you!!
dressing!
